i gave him 5 rare candy and i wanted to evolve by tradding, but it appears it evolves by lvling him at night with an item. I guess you can't evolve it urself, so i'll give an extra candy :p

EDIT : i got disconected right when u pm'ed me, i did justify & apologize when i reconnected, but no answer from the staff member :-/. Once again, first time i use staff service i did not expect a PM 18 hours later, and sorry for the setback !

I went to the power plant tried to evolve nothing happened then the client made me disconnect . After relog the magneton was lvl 100
