Deleveling request

before uploading it to 100 the golbat had 255 happiness, so I thought that giving it a rare candt evolutionary but it didn't work

Happiness evo do not require levelling up. You just need to win a battle that the pokemon has taken part in for it to evolve when it has max happiness.
