To lv 100 and i cant evolve so i want u to delevel my poke and pls tell me how to evolve him in lv99 pls pls pls...

 

Hi. Your Poke has been deleveled. Sliggoo evolves when leveled up in Rain (not in Battle but on the map). So be sure you have weather effects activated in the settings. Amazon Forest on Dock Island (accessable from Sailor in Olivine) is a map that often has Rain. Have a nice day, M3ru3m

I was going to use this for heatran quest but accidentally leveled it prior to entering the cave.
