I accidentally leveled my Magikarp to 60 and need it deleveled! Please help me!

 

Hi. I am really sorry, but we only delevel Pokes that are Level 100 and not fully evolved yet. :-/ But you can just catch a Level 50ish Gyarados on Route 227 and do the Heatran Quest without EV-Training. Worked fine for me. Just catch some backup Pokes as soon as you enter the Cave and you should be good to go. Have a nice day, M3ru3m

Note that Togepi can still evolve to togekiss at this stage as Togepi evolves into Togetic via level up and Togetic evolves via shiny stone.
