There is a known bug that prevents a pokemon from evolving after it reaches 255 happiness. In order to solve this, you have to let your pokemon faint getting defeated by a wild pokemon, logout wait a couple seconds relog and try increasing pokemon's happiness back to max. Note that to evolve a magneton into a magnezone, you have level up in areas with a special magnetic field. In PRO, the areas with special magnetic fields are "New Mauville", " Mt. Coronet b1f", " Mt. Coronet 2f", " Mt. Coronet 3f", " Mt. Coronet 4f", " Mt. Coronet 5f", " Mt. Coronet 6f", " Mt. Coronet 7f" and "Spear Pillar".
