It didn't wanted to evolve even with an ice stone. I tried some things like reducing his happiness but he got lvl 100 without evolving.. Thanks for your help. Hi. You need to use the stone like a Potion - click the Stone then click the Poke :-) That can even be done at lvl 100. I want to evolve it so please decrease a level of it I want it only level 99 by this I can evolve in magne zone please help me fast.. Hi. The only Magneton I can find is lvl 64. What Account or Server are you refering to? Or can you give me the ID of the Pokemon please? Thanks in advance. Hi. Your Poke has been deleveled. Sliggoo needs to be leveled up on a Map where it rains (Amazon Forest on Dock Island often has Rain) in order to Evolve.
