Or am i mistaken that i need to exactly lvl it? cuz mine i had from long ago before rotom evolution update, its lvl 100. If thats the case can you please lower it one lvl to 99. IGN itachi47, Silver. Unfortunately, deleveling your Umbreon will not bring it back into an Eevee. Please let me know if you'd still like it to be deleveled. You are free to edit this post.
