Today I decided to evolve my Togepi , it was level 97 with an everyone, I putted the everstone back in my bag then leveled it with 3 rare candies but it didn't evolved even with Max happiness, I'm lost now, Help me please, here's the screenshot as asked. ( I swear Togepi had 255 happiness before the level 100 ).
