Hey i'm sorry to bother you guys, but i accidentally released my valentine event nidoran M while clearing out my pc, I lack an ID number,but I have an image of the caught preview, is there any way I can get it back?

I accidently released a Sandslash that belonged to a friend of mine.

It was :

OT was VineVax

lvl 57

It had DIG which was very important to my friend.

I played on mobile and lost connection before I could take a screenshot of the ID because I didn't realize it was VineVax's Sandslash
