Only recently released Pokemon can be restored. There is a cooldown for them to be restored. You need to request a restore as soon as possible.

hi can you help me i release my wq catch latias and i have no ID information (i didnt take screenshot but poke has ID assigned) i didnt know that Nikola boss cant help with wq legandaries. I cannot catch with wq again since in my pokedex it seems catched. It has been more than 3 months. should i try Hoenn Traveler Charles? changing my latios form may help?
