Amazing idea. But it should re-roll all the iv's instead of one by one, so the ones with bad legendaries can get some better, and the others with goods/average ones would think beffore re-rolling.

No because pvp coins are valuable enough.

 

Add a gruelling quest for a one time reward of any legendary reroll

I can not support this due to the fact you don't need legends 2 win in pvp. Also This would kill that good felling when you got lucky and got a epic legendary , if this were added it would kill the value of what a legendary stood for.

i think it's no. cause re roll iv is still bad idea. even normal pokemon game can't reroll iv
