Cant receive legendary dogs bell.

Hi, i have completed celebi quest and have all seen data, 750hours+ game time. But i can not get the bell, please help me.

You need to find all the dogs 1st around the world .

 

Suicune at thojo falls.

Raiku Mt.silver.

Entei at Safari jhoto (nearby a lava spot).

 

after that you can do it.

i fight all of them at there spot. As u can see, i've already caught celebi. Thats mean i meet requirement but still not get the bell

For Celebi you don't need the seen data of all the dogs.. Check your pokedex if you have the seen data of all 3 dogs.
