Just to add, since we want everything to be exactly the same as in official games, the event moves should be banned on all beast trio in PVP, not just the ones with incorrect nature.

Even a Rash Raikou cannot run Aura Sphere in PVP, because in PRO, beast trio can't be shiny, and only a Shiny Rash Raikou can run Aura Sphere.

There are a few ones out there like staffs and tournament winners that can be both Shiny and Rash. We must account for all necessary outcomes here.

What bladermagician meant is that we need to cover up all possibilities to ensure a fair competitive play.

 • random number generation

An acronym for "random number generator" or "random number generation", it refers to the process by which computers generate apparently random numbers, essentially the computer equivalent of 'chance'.

.......that's a good point, actually.

Frrf given the fact that there are shiny dogs out there, the vote is valid

So, if I understand correctly, the issue has nothing to do with the ban of the combined use of Unaware and Soft-Boiled (which the community voted on, some because it's an illegal combination in the original Pokémon games, and others because of other reasons). It is because of the ensuing ban of the combined use of Poison Heal and Defog, right? Were all these polls created in a sincere effort to ban all the other illegal combinations or simply to upset the staff members? And would said polls have been created at all, had the community been polled about the ban of the combination of Poison Heal and Defog (and maybe this last point is the actual issue)?

Jorogumo, if we wanted to upset staffs we would just search new posts and post them to our friends on discord. ;) ;)

The fact that Gliscor H.a + Defog was banned as well is the issue here; we never voted on this. We never voted on banning illegal move combinations. I was under the impression we voted on Clefable H.a + Softboiled being OP and not illegal move combinations.

They made the call to ban Gliscor+Defog given the explanation it's also an illegal move combination.

Precedent has been set; hence the request to ban everything that falls under this precedent otherwise let us vote on Gliscor+Defog and remove that "illegal combination" explanation.

Or is It? Since you as a player can only check if the dog is shiny or not so all you could do is potentially suspect every single player using an event move on a dog... kind of a waste of time if you want my opinion

I’m very sincere in my efforts to make sure all play is fair here in pro. Someone had to bring up these topics.
