As the subject is titled i think that PRO isn't prepaired for pokes like amoonguss. it survives an attack puts ur poke to sleep and then switches out regaining its hp in addition absorbing toxic spikes which makes stall even harder to break which in combination with residual dmg like life orb leads to lose with an offensive team since these pokes regain its hp by switching out. Amoonguss puts ur poke 100% chance on sleep which makes things comes worse fighting with a 5v6 scenario leaving u with less oportunities to beat stall.

The meta is full of Talonflame / Togekiss, no reason to ban Amoonguss

Amoonguss isn't even that good though. It's not like Crawdaunt. :/
