As far as I know; you needs 351+ hours

Probably never as the staff said many times.

Got 352 hours, all Kanto pokemon caught, 177 evolved but talking to Oak in Pallet Town doesn't do anything.

 

Edit: Went to Celadon and talked to the old man and he gave me the map anyway, lol.

Do we still need 350 hours game play time or less? i have only 175 hours. can i catch it now? i heard now it takes only 150 hours. can you please update the guide?

I feel like the time played requirement is completely arbitrary. All that does is motivate people to leave their PCs on all night and day to stat-pad.
