Just to make a point of something that the OP has said in a post;

If you pair anything with the right supportive mons and have a half decent brain, it can obviously perform well. Also, damage calculations with a choice band on is one thing, it gets locked into a move and can easily be predicted and outplayed if you know the competitive meta well enough.

Revenge killing is a thing.

Playing around a Pokemon is a thing.

As far as I see, Rhyperior doesn't have prime-time stats to be extremely over centralizing. If I remember correctly even 252 Spe Jolly Rhyperior only reachers 394 Speed after a Rock Polish, which allows plenty of scarfs to outspeed it, of course if this is the case it doesn't hold a choice band. If it does, it's locked to one move. If you don't have something that doesn't resist EdgeQuake coverage or something that can withstand a banded hit from it, that might actually be the team's problem, definitely not the Pokemon's.

You sounded like Rhyperior is really overused in PRO. There is no point from that thread. We are aiming to add not to reduce and ban things from the game, Therefore that thread has no use.

One for all, all for one.
