Musette , normally when they release a event , stays for a 1/2 months , valentine day is one new event , that normally takes place from "clones Pokemon" event Pokemon revolution birthday.

Anyway when they release they don't say the dates that ends. but normally ends when a patch/upgrade at the client.

 

Then come here Easter event! <- this one i really want to go , the fact Easter is 1 April doesn't take to much long to end valentine days event.
