Good Day @Noelooo The Adamant Orb in the Lake Trio quest can be found in one of three places: The first two are in Eterna Forest accessed from route 207 (Requires Rock Smash or a Pickaxe) The third location is Old Chateau 2F in the fifth room. Old Chateau can be accessed from the north-east portion of Eterna Forest. With certain portions of quest being random spawns for each player, I recommend double checking the PRO wiki quest guide alongside the YouTube video that you watch.
