I'd like to extend an apology for the inconvenience you've faced so far, I know how unpleasant it feels to be unknowingly stuck in a quest with the feel you're unable to progress As aforementioned by Mysticwind, you do in fact need the caught data for every non-legendary Pokemon in Hoenn. The change that you are thinking of is actually the removal of Evolution data within most quest's requirements. Hopefully once you have the caught data of the remaining Pokemon, you'll be smooth sailing through the rest of the quest and the proud owner of either Latias or Latios. You can load previous IVs with the NPCs which helped you rerolled the pokemon. Fee is 50.000$

hey, I just used multiple rrs on my kyurem and applied 1 on the rerolled ivs on it. However I wanted to change back to the original ivs which I had before rerolling but in the previous ivs- its showing the ivs i got during reroll instead of the original iv I had before I started rerolling. Is there no way to get the original ivs back?? I only applied this iv on my kyurem and rejected all others

Good day @Hhtoaya I apologize for the issue you were experiencing. There is currently no known issue with the information presented in the Pokedex not aligning with the in-game encounters. Overall, the encounters come down to RNG and, at times, that RNG is not in our favor. On a route with many different spawns, that pool of possibilities increases.
