I am writing to submit a suggestion regarding a highly valuable feature that was previously introduced to the game, the IV calculator. I would like to request that the PRO team considers bringing this item back, either as a permanent feature or a reward for participating in World Quests. IVs are a key component to this content and being able to calculate an IV total on the fly assists players in monitoring progress towards the 0.5% threshold. The temporary release of the IV calculator was an incredible quality-of-life addition. Reintroducing the IV calculator as a permanent staple would bring several major benefits to the community: • Streamlined gameplay: Having an in-game tool to instantly check IV totals removes the need for players to constantly tab out of the game to use an third party calculator. It keeps players fully immersed in the client. For example, assists players during the Halloween group hunting contest to monitor and gauge their IV submissions in relation to the ladder. • A great economy sink: If made available via the PvE coin shop or even a hard-to-reach questline, it gives players an exciting, high-value goal to grind towards, further boosting player engagement. Thank you for your tireless work in keeping PRO running and listening to player feedback. This tool was a massive hit during its limited redeem time period, and making it available again would be a fantastic milestone for the game's accessibility in my opinion.

Hello Hallowglow, Thank you for your response. I believe there is an issue with my Pokédex data, and I would kindly ask you to investigate and restore the missing entries. The Charizard shown in the attached screenshot is actually my original starter Pokémon from many years ago. It has my OT (Nofuture), and I still own it, along with six other Charizards in my PC. Therefore, I don't understand how I could possibly be missing Charizard's caught data, especially since I have owned and evolved my original starter myself. Additionally, I have already completed the Jirachi, Latios, and Legendary Birds quests in the past, and I own Zapdos. I also remember encountering the other legendary birds. This strongly suggests that some of my Pokédex data may have been lost or reset, rather than these requirements never having been fulfilled. Could you please investigate my account and restore any missing caught and seen data that was previously registered? I would prefer to have the underlying issue corrected rather than simply registering the Pokémon again, especially since this could potentially affect other quests as well. I have attached a screenshot showing my original starter Charizard with my OT as evidence. Thank you for your time and assistance!

Hello, It's fine, however I do advice you take evidence of the agreement, just in case anything goes sour and we Tmod ask you for evidence. A simple in game chat like: so as agreed, you take the funds to silver and collect the pokemon for me. And the other party agrees. As long the trade is completed, where the seller gets the funds and you the pokemon in the end, thats what we aim for. Kindly, K-mew

Hello! I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. This may have happened due to changes in the quest requirements. To access Shamouti Island, you must be the Kanto Champion, have the caught data of all non-legendary Pokémon from Kanto (Generation 1), and have the seen data for Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres. From what I can see, you're still missing the caught data for Charizard and Marowak, as well as the seen data for Articuno and Moltres. To complete the caught data requirement, you can evolve these Pokémon, buy them, or get a lend from another player. A 1-minute lend is enough to register their caught data. As for the seen data, you'll need to battle Articuno at the Seafoam Islands and Moltres at Kanto Victory Road 3F. You don't need to defeat them, as simply encountering them in battle is enough to register their seen data. Once you've met all the requirements, you'll be able to return to Shamouti Island. Hello after BCC I accidentally released my Volcarona. Can you restore it please?

Could I ask a friend to perform a server transfer to retrieve items or Pokémon I’ve won in an auction on the Silver server? The plan would be for me to give the funds to my friend, who would then switch to the Silver server to collect the Pokémon I bid on; once my friend returns to the Gold server a month later, I would then take the Pokémon from them. Would this be considered a violation of the rules, or could it be flagged as RMT (Real-Money Trading)?

Hello, I have already caught Zapdos in the past, and I am now trying to return to Shamouti Island to catch Moltres. Unfortunately, when I speak to Sailor Sam at Vermilion City Docks, he only says: "I'm from Shamouti Island. Every year we have a wonderful festival!" He does not offer to take me to the island. Hello everyone, as it is already known, we have to submit a lot of Pokemon in Haunted Cave for the Halloween Weekly Contribution Ranking. So I would like to suggest that a PC is added inside Haunted Cave so that we can submit our Pokemon to the Essence Cultist faster. Travelling to another PC to put your Pokemon into your party, then go to the cave and submit them, then go back to the PC, can get repeating and takes a bit of time that we could use doing some other in-game activities.
