Hey, I'm sorry that you're having this problem, Ever since the patch two days ago, users are complaining of their anti-virus programs false flagging PRO and deleting files that are necessary for the game to run. The developers take measures to avoid this as best as possible by uploading PRO's files to popular anti-virus services to get them scanned and approved ahead of time, but when critical bugs are found and hot fixes are performed, the services begin to falsely flag the same files again and the dilemma repeats itself. To get around this issue, the simplest option is to install the 32-bit version of the game for the time being, which should not trigger any anti-virus false-positives. The 32-bit version does not cause significantly lesser performance, and installing it is a temporary fix while popular anti-virus services scan and approve PRO's new files. If this for any reason does not work, or if you would prefer not to use the 32-bit version, here is a step-by-step guide to circumventing the issue: Turn off Windows Defender & any other anti-virus software temporarily. Find a location on your computer where you would like to store the game, and create a folder named "PRO". Once done, minimize this window for now. At the bottom of your screen, click on the search bar, type windows security, and click on the option that shows up. Make sure the option you click on brings you to a Windows settings window with the aforementioned name and not to Bing's online search results. Hi @Houndstone, i am sending you my other Legendaries for restoring. Darkrai Latios Registeel Shaymin Virizion Cobalion Raikou These above, had been caught for sure. I am not 100% sure for Suicune and Regice, but i think i had them also. Now, for Uxie and Mesprit i don't remember if i had caught them. If there's a way for you to find it out, would be great. For the last month PRO client has been working just fine but recently for the past week the client has been crashing every time it starts loading map doesn't matter which server I try it on weather its silver or gold. I've tried everything I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I've turned off my anti-virus before opening, I've given the folder an exception on my anti-virus, nothing has work. please help.
