The game fails when I try to reconnect. Honestly, I don’t know if it’s because my internet drops, but when I check, I do have a connection. I don’t understand why it says I don’t. Maybe it disconnects for 2 seconds, but after that it won’t reconnect to the game. This is very frustrating, especially when I’m fighting a boss. Before, the game used to reconnect without any problem, but this issue started after the Valentine’s event was released. Also, when the game tries to reconnect, it stays stuck for about 10 minutes and then closes, sending me back to the main menu. When I try to log in again, it doesn’t let me; I have to close and reopen the game to get back in. Many times it just freezes trying to enter, but never actually succeeds, and the only way to play is to completely restart the game.
