Hello @Vegetarox. Purchasing a Z-Crystal from the NPC will come with a fee of either 75 PvE coins or 45 PvP coin. Your current balance does not meet either requirement, therefore, you cannot purchase any crystal as of now. You can either increase your balance of either coin to reach the allotted purchase amount or attempt to clear the Mono-Type tournament again in order to claim the crystal you want.
