I was here selling my Pokémon and waiting for a serious offer, and as you can see, it’s a Pokémon with very high IVs, it’s epic, has the right nature, the right ability, and great IVs. He asked for the price, and I said 10m. Right after that, he made a fake and dishonest offer of 30m, thus discrediting my sale and making a fake trade offer and fake accept offer. Hello, I followed the prerequisite quests to obtain the Dragon Medallion (149 seen, 200k pay) to unlock Cerulean Cave / Dragon's Den B1F but I cannot proceed. Upon surfing through Dragon's Den towards B1F, the guards stop me and say "No ! I said no, you are not allowed !" I went back to the questgivers to see if there was something I missed, but they tell me they have nothing else for me. Am I missing something? Screenshot with medallion + guards below.
