Information regarding Level 100 Pokemon Recently, the Mysterious Candy was added to the game. It will allow you to evolve a Level 100 Pokemon that meets all requirements for leveling up (e.g. happiness requirements). This means that the Deleveling Megathread is now redundant, hence why this service has been removed. You can purchase Mysterious Candies in the following locations from the respective Item Vendors: Celadon City, Goldenrod City, Lilycove City and Veilstone City Department Stores (5.000 Pokedollars) PvE Coin Shop (2 PvE Coins) PvP Coins Shop (1 PvP Coin) Rules and context This thread will help you to recover a Pokemon that you have mistakenly released Please read carefully the following information in order to get the best support that we could offer you. Also do not abuse this thread, this kind of service should remain exceptional and only used for important and needed Pokemon If you're not eligible to our restore service, please do not spam this thread as your posts will get deleted. Note You may also request staff assistance in our Official PRO Discord in the #request-chat channel. Feel free to join and ask for a staff member by specifying your server and in-game name. What do you need to post? You must provide accurate information regarding the Pokemon deleted. The ID of the Pokemon remains the best way, such as a screenshot of said Pokemon's info card, or of the System release notification in the Chat. Please specify the server your Pokemon got deleted on. Fill up the following information ID Screenshot: Server: What do I need to do after my post? You only need to wait, a Staff member will edit your post once the Pokemon is successfully restored, sending you a forum Alert. What if I don't have any screenshots or if I don't remember any accurate information about the Pokemon? Just try to give us as many details as possible, like the name of the pokemon/level and similar. We'll definitely do our best in order to find it. I accidentally released my Pokemon three months ago, can I get it back? Only recently released Pokemon can be restored. There is a cooldown for them to be restored. You need to request a restore as soon as possible.1 point

Hi there. The servers are currently down due to technical difficulties. We are aware of this issue and it has been forwarded to the relevant parties. However, we are unable to give an ETA as to when the servers will be up once again. Please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it is against the General Support Rules. An announcement on our Official PRO Discord will be made once this issue has been resolved. You can check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands in our Discord. As this is a known issue, and I can’t offer you much of a fix as of now, I’ll now be locking this thread.1 point

Hi there. I've checked on the Character Customization and there doesn't seem to be an error with saving your character. Therefore, the error must've been due to minor lag on your end, or human error wherein you accidentally saved without choosing a hairstyle. Unfortunately with that, I can't really fix your character for you as there isn't an error from our side of Character Customization. Nevertheless, as stated above, you can always get a Magic Mirror from others in-game. It can also be purchased for 50 coins at the coin shop. You can get coins through other players in the form of Coin Capsules, donating $5, or through different Events. Going back, I'm really sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.1 point

Hi there. I've gone through the database and checked to see if you had the seen data for Moltres, of which you already had. Therefore, there's nothing to worry about and you should be able to complete the Mew quest as normal. As stated above, you get seen data from a win or a loss and usually this is all you need. Nevertheless, if you're still crashing, can you please try all of the following? Also, it's good to note that we're always trying to improve server stability, but it isn't perfect and may still result to a crash. • Run the game in compatibility mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Update your Windows Version • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager Let me know if you need anything else.1 point

Hi there. Usually, it's best to allow the pokemon to evolve on the owner's side. Which means that when a pokemon is traded to you, it's best to cancel the evolution and trade it back unevolved first. This is so the Evolution data goes to the owner and not to you. This is especially good if you're trying to raise the amount of evolutions you have in your pokedex which can be useful for various quests in-game. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need anything else.1 point

Hello there, Have you tried to re-download the game deleting all the old files? Remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files (https://tinyurl.com/deletetempfiles), and even from the trashbin, before you download the > MOST UPDATED CLIENT <. If you already tried that, try the following procedures: Try disabling full-screen optimizations of the game. First, right click the application, then click properties. Afterwards, select compatibility then tick the box that says 'Disable full screen optimizations', click okay and finally, click apply. [spoiler=Disabling fullscreen optimizations] _______________________________________________ If the procedure above should not work, you can also try the following one: Quoting from the thread related to the >CLIENT ISSUES FIX < _______________________________________________ If nothing of the suggested things worked, check and try this: • Run the game in compatability mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Update your Windows Version • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager You can also check Windows 7 Guide and Windows 10 Guide for the system requirements and information that may help solve your issue. Hope this can help you, have a great day !1 point

Yeah when someone wants to trade evolve their poke always let them evolve it on their side, that way they get the evolve data which is important for catching the Lati twins as you need 344 evolves. Also I'd like to just point out another trade etiquette that the community should be aware about is trading pokemon back that were used to trade items. Even if the pokemon are garbage you should always trade them back as the person may still need them for more item trades, sometimes I have traded with people that used pokes they were gonna sell as trade fodder and I had almost released them. Unless the person sais you can just toss them always assume they need them back.1 point

You think mom will notice we’re gone?” Tyler asked, kicking through a pile of fallen leaves as we walked. Giant, our Dalmatian, raced on and off the path, circling trees like mad. “Maybe,” I said doubtfully, looking up into the massive red-orange trees around us. Chances were, mom was either talking to the police or having a heart attack. Or both. We were supposed to be home a while ago. I hated to admit it, but after thirteen years of living in the woods, I was lost. I looked around for some sign – any, really – but there wasn’t anything. I sighed. If only I hadn’t needed to watch Tyler – I would probably be home right now, little brother-less and- I was interrupted when Giant took my jacket sleeve in his big mouth, trying to tug me off the path. “Not now, Gi,” I said. “Go away.” “Tristan…” Tyler called my name. I turned in surprise. He was a few feet behind me, still as a statue. He was looking into the woods, completely still. Being six, he was never this still. Ever. “What’s the matter?” I asked, worried. “Do you hear that?” I frowned and walked over to him, listening. “Tyler-” I stopped. Faintly, in the distance, I heard a clacking sound like dropping drumsticks on each other. I glanced at Tyler, who was slightly afraid. He took my hand. The sound stopped, and the forest went back to being quiet. Except, almost unnaturally quiet. “I’m sure…its fine,” I said, reassuring him as much as myself. “Come on, I think I found the way back. When we get home, we can tell mom what an adventure we’ve had.” Complete lie. But my nerves were making me jumpy, and I just wanted to leave the woods He calmed a bit. “Giant!” I called. No rustle of leaves, or crack of branches. Silence. Frowning, I noticed something about the right side of the path. All the trees to my right had a big scratch in them, but when I looked to the left, they didn’t. I was pondering why this would be, when Tyler let out a little shriek. I turned to tell him to stop freaking me out, when I noticed what he was looking at. On the right side of the forest, a light was shining between the trees. I couldn’t tell where it was coming from. “Let’s go,” Said Tyler. “Let’s get Giant and go.” “Giant probably went to that light,” I said, making a decision. “We should go too.” I walked in, dragging Tyler along behind me. As we got closer I noticed it had suddenly gone chilly. I shivered, pushing through the last of the branches and arriving in a clearing where a little cottage stood. Hanging from the corner of the house was a little metal lantern – the source of the light we saw. Looking a little to the left, I noticed a couple carved wooden chimes. So that was the sound. But…where was Giant? “Ugh! More people!” I jumped a foot in the air as the front door of the cottage burst open and out came a very disgruntled looking woman. She was Asian, maybe in her twenties, with black hair pulled into a bun, a bikers’ jacket and jeans. “I just put up a barrier for this sort of thing! All I want is privacy! Is that too much to ask?” “Um,” I said. “Sorry, we’re looking for…” “Yes, yes,” she said. She whistled, and Giant came bounding around the house. He ran past us and circled the woman, barking loudly. “On second thought,” she muttered. “It’ll be easier if you’re not here.” She snapped her fingers and Giant disappeared. My mouth fell open, and I took a step back. “You’re a witch!” Shouted Tyler with more glee than I thought necessary. “Can you turn a pumpkin into a carriage?” She rolled her eyes. “Why would I do that when I can just call a cab?” “W-Wait!” I shouted. She turned to me. “Where’s Giant?” “Oh, he’s back at your house.” she dismissed, and started to push us back towards the path. “Now – leave! I need quiet.” I was about to ask her another question when she gave one final push, sending us sprawling on the wet ground. When I looked back, she was gone. And so were the trees with the marks on them.1 point
