Hello, I know you guys are already busy coding a bunch of stuff, but I just want you guys to know that I really want Burn Up and Shell Bell to be fixed... I already bought some pokemon that will be very good with the move and item which will help make fire pokemon usable in PRO. Yea, I'm also waiting for Mystical Fire to be added/coded which I've suggested few months ago.

Hi there. Please do note that the requirements to go to Trainers Valley are the following: Fight with Red at the top of Mt. Silver (doesn't matter whether you win or lose) Catch 120 Pokémons native from Kanto (from range #1-#151) Get 38 evolved data Be able to take the train I've gone over and checked your variables and it seems as if you only have the caught data of 118 pokemon from the Kanto region. You'll need the caught data of 2 more pokemon from this region. You'll need the caught data of one of the following pokemon. Hope this clarifies things for you. Hello I can log into gold server just fine, but when I try to log into silver server it just says "cannot connect to server"

Hi there. The servers are currently down due to technical difficulties. We are aware of this issue and it has been forwarded to the relevant parties. However, we are unable to give an ETA as to when the servers will be up once again. Please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it is against the General Support Rules. An announcement on our Official PRO Discord will be made once this issue has been resolved. You can check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands in our Discord. As this is a known issue, and I can’t offer you much of a fix as of now, I’ll now be locking this thread.

It won't let me sign in on silver server, But I login just fine on gold Server. I went to dashboard to see the status of my account but it gave me this error instead. (Server Error 0x01, Please report this to the Site Administrator.) My account name is (sinxmarz) could someone help?

The problem is I can't join the Dashboard, when I clicked 'login', the loading started for a while then it stopped, then i clicked 'login' again but now it was not work (I mean I can't click login, the button seem like freeze). I have tried so many times to refresh the page or close website and start another one, but just same problem.

At first i thought this was kinda pointless and stupid, but after thinking about it... While it is kinda pointless, it is the little things like this that make some games so good. That being said, im not really for or against this, but there’s probably a ton of people who would love this as a feature l.

Hey Riqq, I'm sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately we can not reset any cooldown or refund any lost item, Pokémon or game progress in a case of a dc or rollback. How to file a report: In this thread it will be explained how to file a report against a player that has infringed any of PRO's rules. What to include in the report: - The infringing player's username. - An explanation of what happened. - Appropriate evidence to support the case ( = screenshots / videos ). If you have troubles uploading the screenshots taken, please read our guide on How to add images to forum posts (click). How to make an effective report: In order to ensure that rule infractions result in appropriate punishments, we ask for you to ALWAYS provide sufficient evidence: General infractions (applies to Trade and PvP related as well): Take and provide screenshots of FULL conversations / in-game chat channel that you want to report, with timestamps if possible. Provide any other sort of evidence you deem useful to support your case. DO NOT post about the rule violation you suffered/witnessed in the in-game chat or public forum, open a thread in Report Center in the server you belong to. Trade Related infractions: Take and provide screenshots of the FULL trade-related conversation held with the player you're trading with and the actual trade happening before pressing "Accept". Make sure that the terms of the trade are clear and a final agreement is met for both parties. Provide evidence of the Pokemon that was being sold if the user tries to switch them. Clear evidence that the offender is ignoring your messages in scams, fake buying and fake selling cases. We do not reverse trades that happened if you clicked "Accept" and regret your decision. In Fake Auction cases, please provide your evidence with timestamps. PvP Related infractions: Follow the coloured instructions on the PvP Rules thread for what evidence is needed in each infraction. Prove that the battle is Ranked by showing the Red PvP Icon. Provide any evidence of you contacting the opponent to resolve the issue. Take and provide a screenshot of your Pokemon's movesets whilst in battle (Sleep Clause abuse). External evidences Evidence from outside of PRO. I.E. Unofficial/ guild Discord servers, Social Medias, external forums, etc cannot be used to solely back your claims however can be used as supporting evidence. Different levels of verification may be required for different pieces of evidence. Report form: In order to keep reports more tidy and organized, here is a suggested form to fill.
