As a member of Phoenix you will be treated as an equal, no matter how many hours you have or how good you are at the game, you are welcome in Phoenix. Events We host a fair amount of events everyone can participate in that take place sometimes in PRO but most of the time on Discord/Shodown for equality ! Dedicated Member Channels Dedicated Member Channels/services – These channels are for people who obtain the member role. All new people start off as initiates and earn the member role after being social on discord. The channels/services include: • Dex/loan service (available to initiates): the guild has a full living dex of ALL catachable Pokemon in pro, we provide a dex service to help members build up their owned data, especially handy for those hard to find Pokemon like zorua and phantump. • Guild trade shop (available to initiates): We provide a service where members can come to us instead of having navigate in game trade channel for held items, evo items and coin store items. The price of these items are displayed for all to see and we provide them at the lower end of the current market price. • Daycare: we have a in guild daycare service provided by several of our members. While members are not obligated to use it for their daycare needs it tends to be cheaper than outside daycare, they offer discounts on bulk orders and it’s a trusted and reliable service. • Free pokes: we have a channel where we just give away Pokemon to our members, members as well as leaders donate Pokemon to this service whenever they feel like it (purely voluntary), all donated Pokemon are vetted and only Pokemon that are usable are posted here for members to claim (you won’t see any neutral nature poliwags here). • PvP channels: we have three PvP channels, one giving detailed information on PvP, everything you need to know before starting , the second where members can discuss teams, movesets and teams they’ve come across while PvPing and finally the third one where we advertise PvP Pokémon that are available for you to loan for free ! I think it would be cool to have Shiny IV rerolls I mean you dont just see a shiny every day. Still the value is going to be the same regardless or values of shiny will go up. It will just makes shines more useable instead of just locked away in a storage collecting dust. this will make shinies fun to use and even if i get a bad roll i can still use it in the future. Would be cool. please just think about it. to be honest its a reroll there is still luck based and still will cost me luck to get those stats. But just even Getting a shiny is Pretty Lucky Will make a better grinding experience for players!!! Someone in chat had a good suggestion "what about implementing shiny reroll with conditions attached? eg. The rerolled shiny has to be your OT poke And once rerolled the poke can't be traded, much like legendaries. This should allow rare shinies naturally spawned with good ivs to hold their value, while making shiny more useable in general?" This can aswell be a shiny sink but with OT or not will still work and actually wont effect economy actually make it rise

Hm, a good shiny - maybe with h.a.: Tier 8 or 9 maybe roughly 1/100 (Probably a less chance in many spots tbh.) Chance that your sync hits 1/2 H.a 1/20 Shiny chance 1/8192 0.00000307540903% chance. And you can still have shit IV's. And you want that I appreciate that? I have to live with it but shiny hunting in PRO is peanut butter, honestly. There are only a very few people who likes this odds and most of them are those who spent much money into their shinies and have feat that shinies will be cheaper in future. Thats what I assume at least. Probably you also want that we wont have bms anymore and want the old spawns back where it was much harder to catch many different Pokémon. Sounds like fun. On other hand when you see a PvP shiny in a chat it is something special, this feeling wont be there anymore. But I prefer to play with good looking Pokémon rather than fap on the reactions from ppl in the all chat. Have a happy new year btw.

I think its a great idea! Another oner is not pay to get the boat our private areas. This will be let the game trade more easy and focus in PvP.

I would be careful with this one, imagine my pc sometimes shutdown, if im unlucky to match always against Jake, i think this one should be reviewed, due some ppl have Net issues or pc issues, and we can be unlucky sometimes and always disconnect against the same person
