-1 Back then to get shiny legendary, we have to win yearly tourney, become staff, etc. We can say its imposible to 99.9% of player to get shiny legendary. Now with new updates, hardcore pvper can get 1-2 shiny in 1 year and for normal pvper could get 1 shiny in 1-2 year. It sounds good enough to me.
