my idea is that the pokemons us give him the ivs pps or however you want to say. So all pokemons each other and would would be to everyone's taste how. There could be quests in game that allow you to join up with team rocket or the police, but to be a full-fledged member is iffy. I'm not a staff member so I can't say for sure if your suggestions will happen or not, this is just my point of view

I have to agree with Phantom and Somes. There's several ways in which guilds can communicate be it in game (when available) or 3rd party via Xat, IRC and others. Besides those, guild features hasn't even been implemented in game yet, so we don't know what we are getting with that. Guild leaders should take it upon themselves to make their guild stand out in order to gain new members.

After a server restart the pikachu that I received from elm was gone. When I went back to see Elm him so was he also gone.

To expand on this idea customizable controls would be neat or perhaps support for game pads or controllers to "lessen the strain".

Rare hunters have been around for a while. Knuckles is a cool guy. If your looking for a guild that has a main goal of hunting and capturing Rare Hunters would probably be the way to go. Good luck in your journey in catching them all(lord knows you will need it with all the available pokemon in PRO) and good luck in you quest for finding the right guild for you.
