Hello, Can you please take a screenshot of the message and post it here? You can also try to re-download but this time, delete all previous PRO files, including anything in the Recycle Bin, aswell as temporary files. Try turning off your antivirus/firewall while downloading and extracting, and make sure your antivirus or Firewall are not blocking PRO. Also make sure that your DirectX and graphics card drivers are up to date. Please let me know if this works for you, Have a nice day!

Hello, Unfortunately sometimes servers can crash. Usually they will reboot by themselves within 5 minutes, but sometimes it can take longer. To keep yourself updated about which server may be offline, visit Server Status on the official website. In case you have been banned, you can login on the dashboard to see the reason and make an appeal in Discipline Appeals. Do not discuss bans anywhere else. Hello, In PRO Pawniard does not have Sucker Punch in egg moves but Bisharp does. Have you evolved your Pawniard and still don't have Sucker Punch in Egg moves? -

Hello, This is a display bug. It can be easily fixed by restarting your client. Not just log out and log back in, close the client completely and restart it. I will leave this thread open for now, please let me know here if this keeps happening even after restarting. Have a nice day!

Hello, Spawn rate is in no way connected to the usage of Black Medallion at all. Dratini and Dragonair are simply very rare, it is not out of the ordinary to not be able to find many one day. There is absolutely nothing wrong with your account, you were simply lucky at first and a tad unlucky after you activated Black Medallion. Hello, Please go to Vermilion City and try to board the SS Anne after talking to Lt. Surge. Like hahahaka explained, some quest items are not visible in the inventory but that doesn't mean you don't have them. Please let me know if you manage to successfully board the SS Anne, Have a nice day! -
Hello, Feel free to evolve your Happiny to Chansey, they have the same experience gain(Happiny evolves to Chansey by leveling up while holding Oval stone). Chansey can learn some more moves, like thunderbolt and ice beam. It is recommended to level it up a bit first before EV training. You can also EV train it in Safari Effort Wald, in there every Pokemon gives atleast 4 EVs while holding Macho Brace and all Pokemon there are relatively low level. If you have access to Cerulean Cave you can also do simple switch training there; it will gain a decent amount of experience. If you do not have Cerulean Cave unlocked, you can train in Dragons Den or Mt. Silver. I hope this helps, Have a nice day! - Locked as Solved -

Hello, As is explained in the Hoenn walkthrough, first you need to go back to Rustboro to pick up Devon Goods. After that go to Slateport Shipyard and talk to an NPC there. Following that, go to Slateport museum and fight Jackson; After Jackson is defeated the north exit should be open. Hello, As Grandwarden explained this is not a bug, it was simply a bad case of RNG to get the same nature two times in a row. We do not wish to make it too easy for everyone to have perfect legendaries. Hello, As others above me explained, you need to drag your finger on the screen in the direction you wish to go. Having a gampead compatible with android helps. You can also increase the GUI scale if your icons are too hard to click on. Let me know if this helps and if you have any other questions, Have a nice day!

Hello, Please try what Voldis4 said. You can also try to reinstall the game in case it does not work. Make sure to remove all previous PRO files prior to re-downloading, including temp files and anything in the Recycle Bin. If re-installing does not work, please try to force it to run with DirectX11. You can do this by right-clicking on your PRO shortcut, click on Properties, then type -force-d3d11 in Target. It should look like this: Also, make sure to add PRO to your Firewall exceptions and make sure your antivirus is not blocking it. You might want to disable your Firewall and antivirus while downloading and extracting, just in case. Please let me know if any of this works for you, Have a nice day!
