Hello, You can raise your Pokemon's Happiness by defeating wild Pokemon, leveling up or feeding them EV-reduction berries. Keep in mind that you need to have EVs trained for the berry method to work. Defeating a wild Pokemon and feeding it a Berry will grant you 2 happiness, Leveling up will grant you 5 happiness. You can also give Soothe Bell to your Pokemon to hold. Soothe Bell doubles the happiness gain of a Pokemon that holds it. Maximum happiness of a Pokemon is 255. You can check happiness with a command /happy 1-6, 1-6 being the spots in your party. Hello, Unfortunately sometimes the servers will crash and cause rollbacks. We can not restore anything that was lost due to a rollback, since it has not been saved yet. In order to avoid this in the future, make sure to relog in order to force-save your data when you find something rare like a shiny, your Pokemon will be safe then. As for the capturing, try reducing the wild Pokemon's HP to 1. You can do this with the move False Swipe, which you can find in the Johto Safari Entrance. In case you still havent reached that part of the game, you can try to find a wild Cubone or Marowak, they learn False Swipe by leveling up. Putting the Pokemon to sleep or paralyzing it will also greatly increase the chance of catching a Pokemon. Hello, Try downloading the 32-bit version, it should work aswell. Remember to remove all PRO files before re-downloading, including anything in the Recycle Bin and temporary files. Please let me know if it works, and if it doesn't, please try explaining your crash in more detail, post a crash log in case you have one or take a screenshot. Unfortunately it seems that your Graphics card is simply too old for PRO. All other options have been tried out, the only thing you can do now is to upgrade your computer. I will leave this thread open for now in case you have any further questions. Have a nice day!

Try re-downloading the game. Remember to delete all previous PRO files before downloading again, including anything in the Trash bin and any temp files. Also, try turning off your antivirus/firewall while downloading and extracting the client. Let me know if it works, good luck.

There is one more thing you can try. Instead of typing -force-d3d9 there type -force-opengl. Please let me know here if that works.

Hello, From what you showed me in those pictures i can see that you do not have DirectX11. I will ask you to try and force the game to run in DirectX9. You can do this by right-clicking on the game's shortcut, then click on Properties: After that, type -force-d3d9 under Target, like shown in this picture: Just remember to not type -force-d3d11 but type -force-d3d9. Your graphics card does not support DirectX11. Please let me know if this works for you, Have a nice day!

Hello, Have you done everything that was suggested to you on that screenshot? Particularly, have you checked if the 3D acceleration is enabled in your display settings? Also, make sure that your system meets the requirements for playing PRO and that you downloaded the correct version. In case it still does not work, try reinstalling your DirectX one more time and double check if your graphics card drivers are up to date. You should also try running PRO in Administrator mode, and try forcing PRO to run with DirectX11. You can do this by right-clicking on your PRO shortcut, select Properties and under Target add -force-d3d11. Please let me know if any of this works for you, Good luck and have a nice day!

Hello, Unfortunately, as Grandwarden stated, we can not restore any Pokemon, items or cooldowns that are lost due to a server crash. Since this game is still in Beta, unexpected rollbacks and crashes might occur. In order to prevent losing anything in the future, make sure to re-log as soon as you find something that you wish to keep, re-logging will force save your data and it will be safe from getting deleted by a rollback.
