  1. Hi dude, I've looked on tools and it does look like the pokes were removed due to the known lending bug. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and will pass this on to the devs and ask them to restore the pokemon for you.

Hi Sumyunguy, as Euripides mentioned the devs are currently working on a new battle UI and with that includes all the moves being coded and move animations will be included in that, whether it is some or all move animations I cannot say though. I cannot say how much of a priority it is for the developers but it is one of their projects. Also as this is not a support thread but more a request in the future can you post stuff like this in suggestions sub forum, that way the staff who make decisions on such things will be guaranteed to see it.
  3. Hi Skunk1, I've looked at your variables and it says you only have 2 of the Steel relics and none of the rock or ice ones. If it is Regirock you want then I suggest you look at the getting the key part of the titan section on the Legendary pokemon megathread. Follow the steps on that guide and you shouldn't have a problem getting the Regi you want. If you have any problems with following the guide let me know and I will try to help you.
  4. Hi Shashank1201, unfortunately it isn't possible at this time to change your username. Every so often we open up a service where we offer name changes, account resets and server transfer but we currently do not have that running. We last did one in July/August, the thread can be found here so unfortunately you not long missed out on it. There is no ETA on when we will do another one as there isn't currently one planned but we will announce it on the forums and on the official pro discord server when we do. I'm sorry dude, you'll have to wait until we next run the service and apply at that time.
  5. Have met with the player in game and moved him to vermilion pc. As the issue has been resolved I will lock the thread.

After speaking with a member of management we cannot move you while you are offline as when we do that it moves you to your last pokecenter and as that's the one you're in it would be problematic, I can move you out of there but it requires us both to be online at the same time. I don't normally do this but I see you are on pro discord so I will contact you on discord to arrange for us both to get on and get you out of there as I'm on there a lot more than I am on the forum.

  8. Hi Kauanlord115, I've double checked and you do have all the variables needed for the quest. Can you please talk to scientist Ray at Bell tower (screenshot below) and tell me what he says to you.
  9. Hi SwagCity, the player said he hasn't reported you so that's fine but I think you should read up on the trade rules before you continue buying or selling things. If you agree with someone on a price and a location to do the trade than you are obligated to buy/sell even if you get a better price elsewhere. If you fail to do a trade after agreeing on a price and location then you can be reported for fake buying/selling. Also if someone reports you for any reason they need to provide evidence for staff to act so posts like this are not necessary and are also not a support topic, so for that reason I will be locking this thread.

  12. Hi randy107, I'm sorry to say but we cannot de-evolve a pokemon. I wish we could as I have a dusknoir that'd make a better duskclops but it's just something we literally cannot do. I'm sorry it's not what you want to hear and that we cannot help you with dude.

  15. Are you sure it was the NiceBarbie account? I ask because this account has zero hours and nothing on it but there is another account linked to this one. The account is HikenNoAceTR, it has around 188 hours and was last play about 14 months ago which ties in with your comment about playing a year ago where as the NiceBarbie hasn't been accessed in almost 2 years. Could you be mixing accounts and thinking the progress you have on HikenNoAceTR was on NiceBarbie?
  16. Hi Khanglop6a4, I see that you had 4 togekiss mounts on your ShadowAdmin account. I've looked through our tools and cannot see them in trade logs but that they are indeed missing. I will speak to other staff and see if there is anything we can do for you, please be patient in the mean time and I will reply here once I've got a reply.

  18. Hi Ramsi016, please look at this linked guide for the subway quest. Did you do all the steps needed before looking for Yorkie's brother? Because while I see you have the bike I do not see you having any of the other variables for the subway quest.
  19. Hi ShinyHisoka, as Euripides answered your 2nd question and I won't bother repeating what s/he said. For the masterball, after you've beaten the level 99 heatran you need to speak to Buck and he will return all the master balls and rare candy he took from you and you can then use a masterball to capture heatran. As you've not had them returned I am assuming you did not speak to him. Can you confirm for me whether you spoke to Buck after you battled the level 99 heatran?
  20. Hi MaGikprime, as Waleed said unfortunately it is an issue with Chrome, because of this we can do nothing to fix it. The only suggestion we have is what Waleed told you and to use a different browser, I've had to install firefox on my phone because of this and have had not trouble accessing the forum since so would recommend that browser. I'm sorry for the inconvenience but it is literally out of our control to fix.
