  1. Hi SweetArya, with happiness evolutions the pokemon's happiness needs to be maximum (255), once it is at that happiness level it will evolve by you winning a battle the pokemon has participated in and not by level up. Good luck with finishing off building the happiness and evolving it.
  2. Hi srk007, In game screenshots are good, the more you have the better your case will be. It is easy to tell if you've been messaging someone in game and they've been ignoring you or if they've not been on if you show both the PM and game chat. Screenshots from agreements made in game are better than from discord. If you feel this person has scammed you if that they've broken a deal previously made then by all means post in report center to report the player and a member of staff will look into it. If you've got proof that he refused to pay you for the service you performed then put it in the report. He should've had the money on hand when making the agreement with you as daycare can take as little as 30 minutes to perform for EVs. Do not sell his pokemon, doing that could get you reported. It is up to you if you want to report but if you do you will need to provide as much detail and evidence as you can.
  3. Hi sahilalisahilal, I'm sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing. If you are able to see a "logging in" prompt and it fades, please be patient as at this point the client is attempting to establish a connection and/or will place you in a temporary ghost queue. Afterwards, you will be placed into the server at a later time without seeing the queue box. It happens when many people attempt to log in at once, usually happens when a server comes back online after a maintenance. Try restarting your client and try again, it can take up to 3-5 times for the queue to be shown. Usually doing the above will fix it but it doesn't always work depending on what the issue is. If after trying the above you still cannot log in can you answer these questions please. Have you tried logging on from a different device or a different internet connection? Are you using any VPNs to play the game? How long have you been experiencing the problem? Have you been able to log in from this device in the past?

  5. Hi Hayme, like Alixx7 said we do have a deleveling service on the link he provided but we will only delevel a pokemon so that it can be evolved. With regards to de-evolving a pokemon I'm sorry but that is not something we can do, we cannot turn a pokemon back to its pre-evolved form, I wish we could, I have a dusknoir that makes a better dusclops that I accidentially evolved and can't turn back. I'm sorry we cannot help in this instance.
  6. You're welcome dude. Yeah if you have 2 sketch already than move relearner will not let you learn it until you've used them. The only way to have multiple sketch is via level up. As your query has been answered I will now lock the thread, good luck with the Smeargle.
  7. Hi Raselrifat, every so often we open the name change, account reset and server transfer service like this one. Unfortunately the service has ended and the thread been locked so at the moment I'm afraid you cannot transfer your gold account to silver. We open the service periodically so you will have to wait until the next one to request a server transfer. As we've not long had the service open there is no set time when we will reopen the service. You will need to keep an eye on the forum or the official pro discord page as we will announce when we open the service again. I'm sorry dude, it's not what you want to hear but I hope this explained it clearly for you.

Could you answer these questions for me so that I have more information and can help you better: Have you checked your spam folder as sometimes pro emails will be sent there? Did you try to reset you password via your setting on the forum or here on the pro website?
  9. Hi stavd, the world quest is still in development at the moment as there are still bugs with the quest that the developers are trying to fix. Because of this the 0.5% chance for World quest to start isn't on at the moment. Every so often we run a WQ manually but as it is still in the development and testing phase the WQ are like stress tests as Wally mentioned in the screenshot Alixx7 provided. At the moment the WQ isn't stable, because it is impossible to test it with 100s of players participating in it without releasing it to the members. We have a testing team but we do not have enough testers to test something like how the WQ will go when 100s of players playing it, that is why there are bugs with it when it is released. Each time a WQ is released we learn more about the bugs and come closer to fixing it but until that happens there is no regular schedule for the world quest and there is no ETA for when it will be fully fixed.   10. Hi K1NG3DDIE, It says on the staff guide By running from the battle the pokemon disappeared. I'm sorry if you misread it or didn't understand it properly but the pokemon will disappear if you capture it, run away from it, knock it out or have all your pokemon knocked out. You can leave the island at any time before you initiate the battle and the pokemon will stay there but once you initiate the battle that is your only chance to catch that pokemon (with the exception of server crash). I'm sorry dude, luckily it wasn't a legendary and Rotom can be caught elsewhere in game. You can find Rotoms: Haunted excavation site (it is a tier 9 spawn) Honey trees (trees need to be done in a specific order) Morty boss reward (can select Rotom as 3rd time reward) PvE coin master (pokemon rotate so will not always be there) I hope this explained it clearly for you and again I'm sorry you missed out on the Rotom.
  11. Hi Yashpreet, as Alixx7 mentioned you can learn sketch from the move relearner for $2000 pokedollars. This is how you can replace old moves on a Smeargle. The move relearner can be found in: Kanto: Cerulean and Saffron Johto: Goldenrod and Blackthorn Hoenn: Slateport and Sootopolis Sinnoh: Hearthome and Snowpoint Please remember that Smeargle can only have one sketch at a time so you will need to use sketch to learn a move before relearning sketch a second, third, etc. time.

Hi, I've spoken to other staff, a little while ago we gave everybody 40 coins as there was a long maintenance, when blue and red servers joined to silver you would've got the coins from both server to a total of 80. Then not too long ago we made coins usabled between both servers instead of just one at a time so the coins you had on both servers (80 on silver and 40 on gold) got merged into the 120 you currently have. So that is how you got the 120 coins you currently have. I hope this explains it clearly for you dude.
  13. Hi Mushroommm, we do occassionally run contests with coins as rewards but if you entered one of those you'd probably remember. You do not get coins at the start of the game, I have just created a new account to confirm this. As you cannot trade yet and you say you haven't donated I'm unsure on where the coins could have come from. I will speak to the developers to see if they can see how you got them and get back to you.

  15. Hi Emmanuel, I've double checked with the moderator lead and your description of time stalling is correct. Time stalling = bannable Pp stalling = not bannable What you were doing with pp stalling is fine. Hope this clarifies it for you.

  20. Hi Bassemandere, thanks for reporting this. The bike isn't free, you use the voucher in the bike shop so you can buy the bike for 60k pokedollars. It used to be that you give 75k instead of a ditto to the kid who gives you the voucher and then you got the bike for free from the bike shop. The quest changed a while ago and I'm guessing someone forgot to change the voucher information. I will pass this on to the content team to change. Thanks for letting us know.
  21. Hi LostDragon02, as Coono stated focus band has a 12% chance of leaving your pokemon at 1hp instead of fainting when attacked. Focus sash is an item that will be guaranteed to stop your pokemon from being ko'd and leave your pokemon with 1hp if it was at full hp when attacked. Maybe you were thinking of this item? How many times did you pokemon faint intstead of being left at 1 hp?
  22. Hi Vashketchums, I've noticed that you have two accounts. Vashketchums with 0 hours and Vashketchum with 81 hours. Before I proceed can you please confirm for me that you didn't mix up the accounts and that the pokemon and items are not on the Vashketchum account as I can see that Vashketchum has had mounts and membership on that account.
  23. Hello Kayo, are you still having problems connecting to the game? On our tools it says that you are currently in game, if that's not you playing than that may be the reason why and there are things we can do to fix the issue.
