Hi Neko. The NPC in cinnabar lab wants a Raichu for his Electrode, not an Elekid. I've checked on our tools and you did get an Electrode off him. It is in position 704 in your storage (around page 49). I can also see that your good Raichu was indeed taken by him. When a pokemon is released from storage we can recover that, however when they are traded to an npc they are deleted by script (which is different from releasing the pokemon) and unfortunately we are unabled to recover those pokemon normally. I will speak to a member of management to see if we can do anything. I do not want you to get your hopes up as we may not be able to but I will check in case we can. I will let you know here as soon as I've spoken to someone and got an answer.

Hi Jadenraksap, can you give me a bit more information please. What were you last doing before you noticed? What have you done between when you last saw them and noticed them missing? Did you start Heatran quest? The more information I have will make it easier for me to help you.

Hi Eric66. You can get Latios with a mysterious ticket. It has just as much chance appearing as any other uncaught legendary that can spawn there.

Could it have been a different pokemon mmo? Just asking because we've never had player level up or given boxes that give out mounts for player level up or at set time intervals. I've looked into your inventory variables as well and it's showing that you've never owned a mount either. I'm sorry dude but without anything clearer I can't help you.

Hi dude, I've played PRO since Sept 2016 and in that time we have never had an event like that. Are you mixing up PRO with Pokeone? Pokeone was created by the creator of PRO and as such he reused a lot of items from PRO in pokeone including mounts and clothing. That box reward system you mentioned is a part of that game. You got them via level up and at regular time intervals. Also we do not have a trainer level up feature in PRO.

Hi Frostyjoe. I know what this is regarding and because of that I am locking this thread. There is no number to call, the staff are all volunteers who live all over the world, it would be impracticle to have one. What we have is this forum for player/staff communication. If you have a problem with the staff member handling you appeal then you can write a complaint in the general complaint area, which I see you've already done. Please do not spam posts all over the forum and wait for a reply. Someone will get to it when they can, it may not be as fast as people like but like I said, we're volunteers and do this in our spare time.

Hi AnneFrank, did you try to play on gold or silver server? The progress you had was on red server. A little while ago red and blue server joined to make silver and yellow became gold so if you clicked on gold you would've started the game new with nothing but if you clicked on silver you should have had all the progress you had on red as I can see on tools that you have the variables on silver server.

Hi Oloxyg, if you've been to New Mauville previously then you will have already interacted with Wattson and the magma & aqua leaders and therefore they will not be there. Have you done the "go to sinnoh" quest? Can you enter into New Mauville and if so are the electric barriers up? This guide is the hoenn teleport guide, it gives step by step instructions on what to do. Could you follow that guide and tell me where you cannot go any further with screenshots to show where and how you're stuck. If you get to a point in the guide and nothing is there (like the team leaders and Wattson) continue on as you may have done that part in the past and not realised it.

Hi xthekirito, can you tell me what it is that you are missing? Which mounts and which other stuff? Did you by chance have them on another account, I only ask because our tools show that you haven't logged in for 23 months on this account, not the 3-4 months like you said. Also the inventory variables doesn't show that you owned any mounts. Even if you do not currently have an item, if you have had it in the past it still shows up but for you it doesn't, so I would just like to rule out you thinking it was on this account but it was actually on another before we proceed.

Hi Coolboi123, I can see on the staff tools that you have your pokemon as well as 45 hours in game and a range of items yet haven't even gone passed Viridian city. As this is on silver server and the last time you played was on red server I believe it was a case of you selecting the wrong server as your main when merging red and blue server. If you had selected red server as your main you would have ended up continuing from where you were in the story on red server, whereas if you had selected blue you would have started at the beginning before you even received your starter from professor Oak. We can do two things: 1 - I can unmerge the accounts for you and you can merge them again and select red as your main server in order to continue from where you previously were. However you will lose all progress you've made on silver server so far, we can only do this if you have not done any trades on silver server (you will have not been able to anyway as you do not have 4th gym badge). 2- We leave it how it is and you play the story from where you are. Let me know the choice you make and if you want the account unmerged so you can merge it properly I can do that rather easily for you, it takes all of one minute.

Hi Vortex, after you beat the grunt to rescue peeko you also get the Devon goods. Did you speak to the man outside rustboro gym to return the Devon goods to? It is him that tells you that Mr. Stone wants to speak to you and what starts off the interaction where he gives you the letter.

Hi Siltoruz, according to our tools you have already received the adamant orb and that is why it is not in any of the locations, it also shows that you've used the adamant orb on the statue in Eterna City in order to battle Dialga and that you have Dialga's seen data in dex. Can you please confirm whether or not you already have Dialga's seen data in your dex. If you do then please continue with the quest and go to Palkia. If you do not have Dialga's data could you please let me know along withe a screenshot of Dialga missing from your dex and I will contact a member of the content team to have a closer look at the problem.

Hi, Me1iodas, on staff tools it looks like you do have the requirements for the bell. Please read through the Johto dogs section of this guide to see the steps needed. If you do not have the bell than I'm assuming you haven't spoken to Scientist Rey after getting the seen data for the legendary dogs. Can you speak to him and if he doesn't give you the bell can you screenshot what he says and post it here please.
