  1. It must have been a long time ago, I've been playing since September 2016 and in all that time the bikes have not been available in coin store or tradeable. The bikes are unfortunately not tradeable and you can only have one so if you want a red one then you'll have to paint it I'm afraid as there's no other way to get a red one if you already have a bike.

Hi Zer0, I'm sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing, can you provide a screenshot of the message that appears when you try to log on as I can see your account is already merged so you shouldn't get a message saying to merge your account. Have you tried logging onto your tablet since you got the message and if so can you log on alright there? How many times have you requested a password reset? If it's more than once that your will get expired tokens as the latest requested one will cancel out the ones previously requested. My adivce for that is to delete all password reset emails you get and leave it a few hours, after that request it only once and use the link in the email you recieve as that will be the latest one and not expired.
  4. Hi ZetLocrito95, you have never been able to buy the bikes through the coin store on this game, mounts are available via the coin store but never bikes. Are you sure you're not confusing this game with Pokeone? To get a bike in pro you need to speak to the person in the house next to Vermilion pokecenter, he will give you a bike voucher for 60,000 pokedollars or 40,000 pokedollars and a ditto. You then take the voucher to the bike shop in Cerulean and you can get your bike there, you can select the colour you want as well as change the colour of your bike by talking to the person on the left of the bike shop.
  5. Hi Strikerflo2. It seems like you are playing on gold server whereas the server you played on 3 years ago was blue server. We used to have three servers: red, blue and yellow. Red and blue merged and became silver while yellow became gold. In order to play with you old pokemon you will need to merge your old account in order to be able to play on silver server. To do this you need to go into your dashboard, to access it you need to go onto the main website click here and click on the little person with the arrow next to it (circled below) Type in your username and password and select log in. You will then get the menu shown below, select dashboard (underlined). You will need to input your username and password a second time. It will then give you an account summary. There will be info for your silver and gold accounts and under silver server it will have a button to merge your account. Click on this and select blue as your main account. It will only take a few second and once you've done that you will be able to play on silver server and will have the pokemon you used to have 3 years ago. If you have any problems with this please let me know on this thread and I'll attempt to help you.
  6. Hi Pusekatten, I'm sorry but we cannot delete accounts. We still have accounts that haven't been touched in 3 years, we do not delete in case people want to come back and play on them. If you do not want to use this account than all I can say is to abandon it and not log into the account.

The first thing we suggest to do in these cases is to delete all the old pro files and folders that you have on your device, including the temporary files (https://tinyurl.com/deletetempfiles) and the trashbin, and then redownload the latest client from here: PRO CLIENT DOWNLOAD. When redownloading the game disable your firewall, sometimes firewalls can cause problems with the game while playing, downloading or installing. Once you've installed pro again, turn your firewall back on and then go into it's setting and add an exception to it for pro Other possible solutions to these sort of issues: Run the game in compatibility mode Update your Display/Graphical Drivers Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus Update your Windows Version Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager Clear out cache: Scan your computer and clean cache.   8. Hi Nagisara, I'm sorry for the inconvenience this issue has caused. I've looked into your account and our tools are showing that you have the H rapidash mount in your inventory. I can see from your screenshot that it is not showing up. Can you completely close the game and restart it and check again please in case it is just a visual bug. Can you also check all your pokemon to ensure that none of them are holding the mount.

Hi Claris/nhokquay759, I've looked and cannot find a forum account for Claris, usually when a forum account isn't made it's because someone has more than one account registered to one email address. I can see this isn't the case here so I will pass this on to the forum admin and ask him to create a forum account under the Claris name for you.
  14. Create a shortcut for pro and name it whatever you like. Right click your shortcut and goto properties, when you get there you will find a textbox that says "Target" and then the location of the PRO exe you created a shortcut for. What I want you to do is at the end of it, type -force-d3d11, hit apply and run the shortcut. Let me know if this works and if you can play lag free, if not we'll have to try one of the longer and more time consuming fixes to see if they work.

  19. Hi Chamus I can indeed try and find the pokemon for you. It will be easier to do with the ID of the pokemon than without but I may still be able to find them without. Can you please provide the ID numbers you have for the above pokemon, you can provide the screenshots if you want or only post the ID numbers.

  24. Hi ProCroGamer, in order to battle Geroge you need to do the legendary event moves quest. It is a quest that'll allow the legendary dogs plus celebi & phione to learn several moves. George is a part of the quest and you will not be able to battle him until you reach his part of the quest. A guide to the quest is linked here for you. Hope this helps.
  25. Hi Kiles100, as SSoqe234 mentioned you can write a post in discipline appeals if you want to appeal the ban. You can also check on your dashboard to see how long the ban is for. To check your dashboard you go to the main pro website and click the little arrow in the top right corner and input your log in details then select dashboard (as shown below).
