We cannot evole pokemon for you but I've deleveled it to level 98 so that you are able to level it yourself.

Hi SmilesKillMe. You can get eevee in several place: You get given an eevee as part of the rocket hideout quest in Celadon city. You can catch eevee in Kanto safari area 3. You can catch it all day but need MS to encounter it during morning and night. You can catch eevee in Hoenn safari area 5. You can catch it all day. You can catch eevee at Eumi island town. You can catch it all day. You may receive eevee as a reward from Maribela, Pewdie & Diepie, Shary & Shaui and Sage bosses. As for the best starter, best is subjective. Charizard can be considered the best Kanto starter evo as it has the highest base stats but I'm assuming you mean best for story. Charmander has a difficult time to the first 2 gyms as it is weak to both but gyms 4 & 8 are weak to fire and gym 5 has some pokemon weak to fire. Squirtle has a difficult time with gyms 3 & 4 as it is weak to both. Gyms 1 & 7 are both weak to squirtle. Bulbasaur has the easiest time early on as Gyms 1 & 2 are weak to it and Bulbasaur is strong against gym 3 too but it is weak to gyms 5, 6, 7 & 8. If you want the easiest time with story than Bulbasaur is the best to choose as it is strong early on and you can find pokemon that can take on gyms 5, 6, 7 & 8 before getting to the gyms. Hi Sultoruz, a) With regards to multiple accounts the way you explained how you want to use it is fine. I trade a lot between my main and alt and it's completely fine dude. You can also do bosses/digs etc with both. You can pvp with both but only one can be in the top 25 ladder. You can use two accounts at the same time as long as you're controlling seperately. If you're using two devices or jumping between screens on one it is fine, if you're using a program to control both at the same time then it's ban worthy. b) There is always an inherent danger with account sharing. With the account you mean we have the same with our guild and 6 of us have access to it. Guild bank accounts are somewhat different from sharing personal accounts but there is still a risk from it. If there is any investigation to that alt account you may be included in it as you've used it but with that said you will not just get a ban for using that account.

Hi Khenhihu, you did not mention what quest you are doing so I am assuming you mean the hoenn teleport quest. Usually when someone is having a problem with this quest it is because they've forgotten or not realised that there is a pc at a certain location (usually Evergrande city, Pacifidlog town and Fallarbor town). The location of all the PCs are: Oldale town Petalburg city Dewford town Rustboro city Slateport city Mauville city Verdanturf town Lavaridge town Fallarbor town Fortree city Lilycove city Mossdeep city Sootopolis city Pacifidlog town Evergrande city Please check through that list and confirm that you have indeed visited the PCs in ALL those locations.

Hi Topwarrior, I apologise for the late reply to your thread and I'm sorry for the inconvenience the bug caused you but unfortunately we cannot refund you the money you lost because of the bug. We explaing it in read this before making a support post, it says: The problem with cases such as yours is that we have no way to varify that it actually happened. We cannot see that your pokemon got knocked out and while we can see how much money you have we cannot see if there was a recent addition or subtraction from that amount. While I believe that this issue happened to you, if we started compensating people for losses due to crashes or bugs then we'd have to do it for everyone and people could just make up a claim and we wouldn't be able to check the validity of the claims. I'm sorry this happened to you dude and I'm sorry we can't do anything to fix the issue. I know it's frustrating for you but I hope you can understand our position on why we do not compensate. I hope you have a good day despite this reply and hope that an issue such as this doesn't happen to you again.

I had a look on our tools and it looks like your account is offline so you should be able to log back in now. I don't think playing without the vpn will work. It's definitely worth a try but you character is logged in on the system so it's not like it's a problem on your end. -

Hi Rayon, I have spoken to one of the devs and unfortunately there is nothing we can do to fix it except a server restart. It's a shame this happened to you while we've had a good run with stable servers. I'm sorry I haven't got better news for you and that I cannot help you and resolve the issue other than to sit and wait. -

Hi RikLLe77, I'm sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing. I'm sorry but I do not think there is anything we can do. It sounds like an issue with the phone. If you can play the app when on wifi then there isn't anything wrong with the app. I can give you a list of common fixes for andriod users but honestly I doubt they'll work seeing as the app works. Maybe there's a problem with your 4g connection or a block that stops you from playing it while on 4g. I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful dude. I wish you luck with fixing it.

Hello RayonDeclaire, I'm sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing. I logged onto silver and it was coming up that you were on, I kicked you from the server but it was still saying you were on. I went to your location yet couldn't see you there but all other indicators were saying you were online. To be honest I have never seen something like this before. I am baffled at how you could still be logged in. I will pass this on to the admins/devs to see if there is something that they can do about this for you. -
Of course you can dude. Post in the thread I linked and one of the senior staff will move the Pokemon to your pc for you when they're available.

Hi PikaHai, sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing. Basically as the pokemon from both blue and red are put together in silver you can get pokemon from a region you are not in stuck in your party. There's three things we can do. 1. I can unmerge your accounts and you can merge them again and this time select blue as your main server and you will be at the part of the story you were last at on blue server and the johto pokemon will not be stuck. You will lose all progress you've made on silver server though. This can only be done if you've not done any trades on silver server. 2. You can post in this thread, it is a thread specifically for this situation and someone will move your Johto pokemon from your party to your pc but you will not be able to use them until you go back to Johto. They will be locked in your pc but you'll be able to put new pokemon in your team and move them around like normal. 3. We do nothing and you're stuck with it like that until you get back to Johto. Let me know which you would like to do dude.

Hi Eldiosmario, battle boss is no longer on two island, it has been moved to Dock island in Johto. It is the house the arrow points to in the screenshot below and you still need ms to battle it. I hope is helpful for you and if you have any more questions please let me know. -
Hi hkgirl, a S3 punishment can either be a temp or perma ban depending on what the infraction was. If you wish to know the type of ban you received you can look on your dashboard to find out. If you feel the ban is not warranted then I suggest you post in discipline appeals subforum. Please note that General support is not the place to post about bans. I will lock the thread seeing as bans are not to be discussed in general support and as I've answered your question. I hope this was helpful for you dude.

Hi, unfortunately, we cannot do a server transfer at the current time. Every so often the Admins will open a name change/account reset/server transfer service but we do not have one running right now. There is no set time when we run this so there is no estimate on when it will happen again. You can keep an eye on the announcements channel on the pro official discord as it will be advertised there when it is next running. For future reference, you can find the topic and the requirements on the name change, account reset & server transfer forum post. I'm sorry it's not what you want to hear but at the moment you will have to start new on silver if you wish to play on that server or wait until we run the server transfer service again. I will lock this thread as I have answered the question. I wish you luck with whichever method you choose. -

Each account can be played on both servers so if you've played on one server and want to do story again you can always play on the other one. If you want to stay with the server you're currently on you can create another account. You've got 3 accounts but you can have up to 4 accounts. The only requirement is that each account has a different email address for each account (there is leeway with this for old accounts as it used to be 2 accounts per email address). Hi Koes. To headbutt trees you need either the battering ram item that you can buy in coin store or a pokemon that knows headbutt. If you use a pokemon then they need to have their happiness above 155 to use headbutt outside of battle. If you do not have either of those than that message will appear. I would suggest trying to improve the happiness of your pokemon. You can do this in several ways: The first pokemon in your team will gain happiness for every 255 steps you take (they will not recieve it if you are on a land mount but will with a surf mount) You get +1 happiness for every battle you win that the pokemon participated in (the pokemon does not need to be the pokemon that ends the battle) You get +5 happiness for ever level the pokemon gains. You will get x2 happiness gain if the pokemon holds the soothe bell item. You will lose -5 happiness each time the pokemon is knocked out. Happiness will be reset when a pokemon is traded. Hi Cattybandit, I'm really sorry for the problem you encountered. As the pokemon changed during the crash we cannot give tickets for those who reached the iv requirement with the yamask. We do not refund or give out items because of a crash/rollback. It is explained in the "Lost by crash issues, disconnections and rollback" part of this thread. I cannot apologise enough, I know how annoying it can be, we're players too so we do understand the annoyance and upset players experience when this happens as we've been in the same position ourselves. Please keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. Also please note that the world quest is still being tested and improved upon to fix these issues but there is a risk of this happening currently when doing world quests. I am so sorry this happened to you, however, there's nothing we can do for people who have experienced it. I'm going to lock the thread as your query has been answered. I wish you the best with the game and hope you don't fall into this position again.
