  4. Hi Nearghost, Can you specify which account of yours that you're talking about? I'm assuming you're not talking about the one you're posting on as you've only registered it a day ago. If you're talking about NearSama or Itsukisama, both of your account's information are intact and you simply need to merge. The Red and Blue server has recently merged to make up the Silver Server, and the Yellow Server is now renamed as the Gold Server. Therefore, you will need to play on the Silver server if you wish to continue your Blue server progress. You will need to merge game data files from both servers in order to play on the Silver server. You have an option of keeping both accounts if you have 200h playtime on each save file. Please note that even if you only played on one server, you will have to do the merge to remove the unused account from the server. You can do that on the dashboard. For more information regarding the merge, please read the Server Merge FAQ. Please note that some accounts will not be able to merge if you have more than 1000 Pokemon combined, or if you were banned on one of the servers; in this case, you will need to keep them as separate accounts.   6. Hi Egyario, The reason why you're appearing at the start is because you logged into the Gold server, while your main game data is on the Silver server. It appears you've already merged, so you should be good to log into Silver; if you're having further issues, please check the Common Merge Errors: FAQ for more information. Hi Rageblade, Sorry for the inconvenience; it appears that your account was inactive for a year or more with low playtime, and therefore became a part of a mass account wipe on the Red server to stabilize the server and clean up the database. As we cannot retrieve your old data—given that it wasn't over 10 hours or more—the best I can offer you is an account reset and a coin capsule reimbursement for the coins that you used to purchase Coin Shop items. Hi GrandLethalGM, This can only happen if you've accidentally selected the wrong server as your main server; in this case, you likely selected Blue as your main server, and as you've never played on Blue before, your variables were essentially reset. However, given that you don't have the variables for the Eevee, you should definitely be able to see the Eevee; have you tried completely restarting your client already? Kind Regards, Astraea.

  11. Hi Jero5314, I've moved your Kanto Pokemon to your PC. Yes, it's a bug due to the merge, where the order of your Pokemon is switched up due to the merging with the other server, therefore putting region-locked Pokemon in your party. With that said, you should be able to take out your Taillow by yourself as long as it was caught in Hoenn, as you appear to be in the middle of the Hoenn story.   13. Hi Zyuohgereagle, Your account has been unmerged; please note that this is a special case considering the amount of progress you had on your main server. We do not normally fulfill these requests, and like Spacemuffin and CheefSweetLeef mentioned, you would have been stuck with redoing your story and quest progress otherwise. This time, please select the Blue server as your main server; we will not be able to undo the process for you again, so please don't make the same mistake!   18. Hi kimiwadare82, Are you sure you're logged into the right account? You may also want to check your account kimiwadare, as it appears you had 213h of playtime on said account before the merge. Also, be sure to select the Red server as your main server when merging to prevent any possible merge issues. Kind Regards, Astraea.
