Hi ModdedWolf, Did you obtain the HM Surf? You can obtain it from inside this house, which is located in Safari Area 3. The HM will appear as a Pokeball on the table. When you are teleported to the Safari Entrance follow these directions to get to Safari Area 3: East to Safari Area 1 -> North-East to Safari Entrance -> West to Safari Area 2 -> South to Safari Area 3. If this wasn't your issue, please be a bit more clear exactly what is happening so I can do my best to troubleshoot this with you. Kind Regards, Astraea.

Hi there, You can change your e-mail by clicking your name in the top-right corner and selecting "Account Details". You should be brought to a landing page; on the e-mail line, click "Change" and you'll be prompted to change your e-mail. Now, you'll be prompted to enter in the new e-mail and your current password; keep in mind that you may need to reconfirm this e-mail, so make sure it's typed in correctly! Hi there, Your Red game data is safe, you simply need to merge first before logging into Silver. The Red and Blue server has recently merged to make up the Silver Server, and the Yellow Server is now renamed as the Gold Server. Therefore, you will need to play on the Silver server if you wish to continue your Red server progress. You will need to merge game data files from both servers in order to play on the Silver server. You have an option of keeping both accounts if you have 200h playtime on each save file. Please note that even if you only played on one server, you will have to do the merge to remove the unused account from the server. You can do that on the dashboard. For more information regarding the merge, please read the Server Merge FAQ. Please note that some accounts will not be able to merge if you have more than 1000 Pokemon combined, or if you were banned on one of the servers; in this case, you will need to keep them as separate accounts. Hi D34th, Unfortunately, for you to complete the Youngster Joey quest, the Rattata needs to specifically be a Rattata, not a Raticate, so fixing the OT in this case wouldn't do much other than aesthetics. We're also unable to 'de-evolve' the Pokemon for you I'm afraid. In the future, if your friend wants to trade over a Pokemon he recently caught, check if it has an ID. If it's ID is 0, please do a quick re-log so the the Pokemon gets an ID before trading! Kind Regards, Astraea.

Hi Dromus, According to the database, you had 135h of playtime on Blue, and 0h of playtime on Red before the merge. So, it appears you've selected the wrong server as your main server, which is why you're going through the character creation process again. I'll put in a request to unmerge your account, but please be patient as our developers are quite busy and they're the only person with the authority to do so. In the future, please fully read the dialogues before proceeding, as we warned players many times through the process to select their correct main server. Kind Regards, Astraea.
