Hi there, The Red and Blue server has recently merged to make up the Silver Server, and the Yellow Server is now renamed as the Gold Server. Therefore, you will need to play on the Silver server if you wish to continue your Blue server progress. You will need to merge game data files from both servers in order to play on the Silver server. You have an option of keeping both accounts if you have 200h playtime on each save file. Please note that even if you only played on one server, you will have to do the merge to remove the unused account from the server. You can do that on the dashboard. For more information regarding the merge, please read the Server Merge FAQ. Please note that some accounts will not be able to merge if you have more than 1000 Pokemon combined, or if you were banned on one of the servers; in this case, you will need to keep them as separate accounts. If you encounter some issues, be sure to check out the Common Merge Errors: FAQ before making another post. Kind Regards, Astraea.

Hi there, First, I'd like to let you know that I split your post from the original thread; please do not hijack another player's post if they are not having the same issue as you. With that said, UAE ISPs are known to block PRO due to their high censorship system; the only way to bypass this and play PRO is to use a VPN or proxy. You can learn a lot about what VPN and proxies are—as well as their differences—here. You can find more about what a player did from UAE to start playing PRO here. Kind Regards, Astraea.

Can you please try to merge your account again? But this time, try to clear your cache and cookies or try to use another browser to open the dashboard. Can you try to merge with other devices? Phone or another computer just to check if it's something with your device, network or your account. If it doesn't work, can you also try to use a proxy to merge your account? Hi there, Could you go ahead and talk to Oak's PC in Oaks Lab, as shown below: For some reason, one of your variables in regards to the Johto legendaries is wrong and needs to be fixed by the server in order for you to get the bell. You may also want to double check the dogs aren't in their roaming areas, although I'm sure you've done that before for Celebi, but again, there appears to have been an issue with the variables being wholly saved to the server, so it may be worth double checking: Johto Safari Mountain Zone (You'll need Rock Smash to get to him) Tohjo Falls (You'll need Waterfall to get to him) Mt. Silver 3F Upon doing the above, go attempt to get the bell of your choice, and let me know if your issue has been solved or not! Kind Regards, Astraea. -

Tell me what step you get stuck on, and what's different. Hi there, First, please go ahead and make sure that your graphics card driver is up to date. It appears you're running an AMD Graphics Card, therefore, you can try to use the AMD Autodetect Tool to get it running the latest version. If it crashes upon update, I'd highly suggest trying to do a clean install next. Second, your memory usage is extremely high; I highly suggest you clear out your RAM; here's a quick article on easy ways to clear up space. You may also want to check if you have any corrupted files on your PC; go ahead and open up your command prompt, and type in sfc /scannow: You can also try to make an exception in your antivirus for PRO if this does not work for you, and I recommend trying both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions and see if either version makes a difference in crashes.
