  2. Hi there, Unfortunately, we are not able to reset the cooldown for your Rotom rock. Resetting your cooldown would be akin to spawning a different Rotom for you to catch, which we cannot do for ethical reasons. Fortunately, the Rotom rock will come off of cooldown eventually, which, in that case, you'll have another chance at catching one! You also can find Rotom during excavations in the Haunted Site; you'll need a Pickaxe in order to mine the shiny rock that it has a chance of spawning on, however. In the future, I highly suggest making a habit of clearing out your box periodically; if you're unsure whether you need to clear out your box, you can always quickly check your Trainer Card and look at the 'Total Pokemon' number. Keep in mind that after 900 Pokemon, you will be unable to catch any wild Pokemon, so once you start reaching that threshold, it'll be a good time to clear out your box.   6. Hi there, Your data was not lost; you simply have not merged your Red and Blue save files yet in order to play on the Silver server. Quick Reminder on how to merge: [spoiler=Step 1]Log into your dashboard and click the [Merge is required] button: [spoiler=Step 2]Select the desired merge option; once you get the successful merge dialogue, you're done!   7. Hi there, The Red and Blue server has recently merged to make up the Silver Server, and the Yellow Server is now renamed as the Gold Server. Therefore, you will need to play on the Silver server if you wish to continue your Blue server progress. You will need to merge game data files from both servers in order to play on the Silver server. You have an option of keeping both accounts if you have 200h playtime on each save file. Please note that even if you only played on one server, you will have to do the merge to remove the unused account from the server. You can do that on the dashboard. For more information regarding the merge, please read the Server Merge FAQ. Please note that some accounts will not be able to merge if you have more than 1000 Pokemon combined, or if you were banned on one of the servers; in this case, you will need to keep them as separate accounts.   8. Hi there, Could you try to see if you have any corrupted files on your PC? Note that you may need to be running your cmd in administator mode in order to use the sfc utility. Doing the above should fix any corrupted files on your computer and reinstall them, but you should also do a clean install of your drivers as well. To do a clean re-install of your NVidia graphics card driver, you will first need to remove the driver by doing the following: After doing the above, please re-install your graphics card driver from the NVidia Website. Hi there, Unfortunately, those who got caught up in a clean-up of their data would require a complete server maintenance for their data to be implemented, and PRO staff would need to sift through multiple server backups dating a long time ago to do so. There is only one staff member with such an ability, and those who were cleaned up were accounts that were inactive for a year or more and had 15 hours or less on the account. Therefore, the best we can do for you is offer an account reset and a complimentary 40 coins (to buy clothes or whatever you like) for the inconvenience. This will essentially allow you to completely start over on with the same account. If you previously donated on that account, you may provide proof of transaction and we'll be able to put the coins/items back on your account. Let me know if this is something you are interested in.
