Hi there, First, make sure that you have sucecssfully merged both your Red and Blue accounts. You can do the merge on the dashboard. If you've already done so, have either of you tried to reset your password and ensure that your password is alphanumerical? If not, please try to reset your password. Multiple players have reported that this fixes the error for them. Also, be 100% sure that you've done the merge and you don't have the [Merge is Required] dialogue on your dashboard anymore. If this is not the case, please let me know so I can forward this issue. Kind Regards, Astraea.

Invalid UN PSWRD for silver but not gold?

Hi there, The Red and Blue server has recently merged to make up the Silver Server, and the Yellow Server is now renamed as the Gold Server. If you played on either the Red or Blue server, you will need to merge game data files from both servers in order to play on the Silver server and have access to your past game data. You have an option of keeping both accounts if you have 200h playtime on each save file. Please note that even if you only played on one server, you will have to do the merge to remove the unused account from the server. You can do that on the dashboard. For more information regarding the merge, please read the Server FAQ. Please note that some accounts will not be able to merge if you have more than 1000 Pokemon combined, or if you were banned on one of the servers; in this case, you will need to keep them as separate accounts. If you have already merged your data for the Silver server and get an "Invalid Password" error when logging in, please go ahead and change your password here. Sorry for the inconveniences this may cause, but it is the only known solution at the moment. Hi there, You should be able to remount if you logged out while in the water. You can either select your surf mount or click on the water, and it should prompt you to remount. If not, please use an Escape Rope or get into a random friendly battle and lose, teleporting you back to your last PC. Kind Regards, Astraea.

Hi there, Did you remember to completely wipe any past versions of PRO on your computer before downloading the new version? Errors like these happen because of multiple PRO versions conflicting with one another. You may also want to try the following Crash Issue Solutions: Let me know if these solutions work for you. Hi there, Red and Blue servers merged to make up the new Silver server; you can find information about this here. You will also need to merge your Red and Blue game data if you played on either server in order to play on the new Silver server. Also, Yellow server is now Gold server. Hi there, When it was mentioned that Yellow wouldn't be going down, that was specifically because Red and Blue went down for the merge. Now, the Yellow server is down for routine maintenance as there is a new client update. There is no ETA at the moment, but feel free to join the PRO Discord for up to date information. Hi there, You will not lose any Pokemon, however, if you have any clothing items equipped to your character on the Red server that you wish to keep, you'll need to have unequipped the items so they're safely in your inventory: If you've never played on Red server, you don't have to worry about this. You may want to take a look at the Server Merge FAQ for any followup questions you may have. Hi there, Please read the Server Merge FAQ, as most of your questions should be answered there. As a side note, it's easier to merge both your accounts if you were going to trade all your game objects to one account anyway. Hi there, I've looked over your error log and it appears that your graphics card driver has crashed. First, please go ahead and make sure that your graphics card driver is up to date. It appears you're running an AMD Graphics Card, therefore, you can try to use the AMD Autodetect Tool to get it running the latest version. If it crashes upon update, I'd highly suggest trying to do a clean install next. You can also try to make an exception in your antivirus for PRO if this does not work for you.
