  7. Hi there, I'm not sure why you would want to do that but unfortunately, you cannot delete your character let alone your progress. May I also remind you of our forum rules to read the issue guide before making a post on this subforum. All you can do for now is to create another account as you can have 2 accounts per e-mail address and and you can start again from your new account. If you only wanted to reset your character, there is an item in the Coin Shop called as Magic Mirror where it will allow the you to recustomize your base-appearance outfit.   8. Hi there, to update the client, you just have to delete the old version from your system and download the latest version and install it.   9. As [mention]GrandWarden[/mention] has said, you will need to follow the instructions for the workaround that Red has specified. If that doesn't fix it, I'm afraid that you'll need to wait for the next client update which will be released soon. Just try to change and test the resolution, where if it doesn't give you any error, then you can proceed to play. Keep in mind that this is only temporary as we're waiting for Unity to fix the bug and only then the next client update will be released. I'm locking this topic as there is no further use for it.   10. Hey there. Sorry for the inconvenience. 999 is the maximal stack that you can have of one item. When you buy from regular shops i.e pokemart, you cannot buy more than this amount of items. We are really sorry but we don't do refund for this kind of error. The best advice that I can give to you for now is to always check your inventory and check the number of items that you have before buying something that is not from regular shops like the thief or the ultra ball maniac. As for the solution, I will let the higher ups know about this and hopefully something can be done about this. I wish you a good day. And now I'll lock this topic as solved.
