I'm sorry to hear about that. Hannah is really tough as she is considered as one of the Bosses which is the end game content. You can try to find guides on how to beat Hannah easily here. There is a video guide like this one or written guide like this. [spoiler=Video Guide] It's preferable for you to have at least 5 level 100 Pokémon before you challenge Hannah. Her team consist of Houndoom, Machamp, Talonflame, Mega Metagross, Volcarona, and Mega Sharpedo in that order. I hope this helps you to defeat Hannah. Best of luck and have fun! Hi there, It looks like you have only finished Kanto region. To be able to go to Sinnoh, you will have to finish Johto and Hoenn region by beating their respective Elite Four, in that order and only then you will be able to go to Sinnoh. To go to Johto, you can check out the last part of the Kanto Walkthrough made by @JollyolNathan. Quoted for visibility: That should help you to proceed to Johto. Hi there, Since you have not been around for awhile, some things have changed. For your information, Red and Blue is now the Silver server while the Gold server is formerly known as Yellow. Even if you played on just one of either Red or Blue server, you will have to merge your account or it will say "invalid username or password". You can find the details about the merge by checking the Merge F.A.Q. However, it looks like you already managed to merge your account successfully. Hi there, To find either Chimchar or Piplup, it depends on who you chose to help during the main questline, you can only catch Piplup if you help Team Aqua or Chimchar if you help Team Magma. I've checked the database and your progress from the Blue server is still intact and it looks like you have successfully merged your account. Sorry for the inconvenience. I missed some of them because I thought it's only high-level pokemon that was stuck in your party. I have gone ahead and moved all of the pokemon that are not from Sinnoh region from your party to the last slots of your PC Storage. Can you please have a check if they are there and try to change the order to see if that fixed the issue. Best regards, Astreus. -

Hi there, Sorry for the delayed response. Your account was caught in a Red account wipe to help stabilize the server when it was under heavy traffic, therefore, we no longer have your game data saved anymore. This problem happened when you merged your account without having the complete save data. If you have made any donation before, please provide your proof of transaction by making a new thread in the Donations & Coins Issues subforum and an Admin will be able to reimburse you. Be sure to let them know you got an account reset due to a Red wipe; you can link this thread for their reference. With that being said, your account has been reset! Hi there, Sorry for the inconvenience. If you're not receiving the registration email, follow the steps on this webpage to get the activation email resent to you. Gmail is the most likely to receive it, so trying again with it, should remedy that. If you are using Gmail, check your junk mail and make sure you typed your email correctly. This could take up to 30 minutes. Using a different browser, like Firefox, could also help. Best regards, Astreus.
