As the title say, can you please make this move work?

I just noticed that chroma can only be used with HW Gengar / Mega Gengar Mount, Is' it possible to make it work with HW Gastly or Haunter Mount too since there is all evolution line of them available? Just wanna make suggestion cuz some people like me and my friend prefer the previous stage of evolution than Gengar.

I did the whole holloween quest last year but i cant enter the hold to start the the mega stone quest...

i(Rebel3340) let my friend(Yokzaoflove) borrow my gengar to beat pokemon league but forget about region lock. any staff here can help me get it back? my friend cant return it rn since he didn't reach that gengar's region rn Silver Server
