If you have fail your dog, you need to do Nikola boss but if you dont have fight legendary dog and need him to spawn, you cant get a legendary dog by Nikola boss.

The problem is not coded ability, so life Orb, Band or Choice specs is locked by Unaware, critical is not work with item say before (you do the same damage with a crit like a no critical) so, we need to code about defog Gliscor, its 6g in PRO and Gliscor Poison Heal Defog is only in 7g. :/ So Red and Shane is tired to work in PRO due to IRL problem or less motivation... So, i want to give my opinion. 1) So without mega some pokemon are so op (Hi Suicune after some boost or Clefable.) 2) Mega evolve can be good for bosses (I know Darkrai is op atm.) 3) I really want to be a collector of some items. :3 So, im not sure PRO will make mega evolve cuz of Nintendo. So you can only catch one Mew but if he is trash, you can buy a Rerool Ticket for 150 PvP coins for change nature and Individual Values and maybe a quest for have a ticket (like Zetsu's boss for Halloween event) so Good Luck for catch your Mew and enjoy you have fun in PRO. So for Halloween event, its not a quest by region, its the same quest and part for all region. :) So about Darkrai, you only need requirement not to go to a region for catch him. So all event have a access for all region ! :) Except Chritmas, only on Kanto since 2 years. :) So Christmas event will come the 1st of December if staff have finish the script.
