I would like to inform you that the server is not having any lag issue and that, in my knowledge, noone have complained about any possible lag so the error is related to your pc or connection. If it's a connection specific issue, can you please try the following procedures: Are you using Proxy? Try not using it, and then test again Are you using a public connection or a connection different than the one used before? Try another connection if possible Restart your modem/router Reset your modem/router Contact your provider to check any possible issue Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus Try to delete the client and all the folder, the temporary files too (https://tinyurl.com/deletetempfiles) and then download the most updated client from here: > Download < If nothing of the said above procedures worked, you can try these procedures suggested by the CC Fluffles in another thread: Run the game in compatibility mode Update your Display/Graphical Drivers Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus Update your Windows Version Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manage If the problem is not solved after trying the suggested procedures, let it know here in this thread with a reply.

In my knowldge, it should be fixed with the next server restart that, as stated above, doesn't have an estimated time of arrival. Seems like you didn't merge yet your account and i want to ensure you that all your progress is not lost and that is still there, you can get it back by reading the following procedure. However, I would like to inform you that Red & Blue server merged to form Silver Server and the Yellow Server has now been renamed as the Gold Server. If you played on the Red or Blue Server, you will have to merge your account by log in the > Dashboard < and merge your accounts. Make sure to select the right server as your main server. In the case that you're still unable to log into Silver after merging your account, you'll have to reset your password on the dashboard choosing an alphanumerical one. (characters A-Z 0-9) Furthermore, be sure to read the > Merge FAQ < for questions you may have, as well as the > Common Merge Errors:FAQ < if you may experience any issue while merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you can simply log on the Gold Server and should still have all your Items/Pokemon and continue your progress without doing any merges. Pokemon findable in Headbutt/Digspot/Excavation Site Pokemon overworld interactable / Legendary Pokémon That means that they CAN'T be found in their Shiny Versions. Quoting the > Pokemon Special Counterparts < If you have seen some legendary shiny around, they may have been of some staff or rewards of some tournament, as stated above, since Pokèmon that can be obtained normally (e.g Mew, Latios, Azelf) can be used in PVP in their shiny version from the one who have them.   7. Hi there ! I would like to make some addition to what has been said above. I would like to inform you that, after meeting the requirements, all the Legendary Beasts Guardians can be battled. You are able to catch only one between Suicune, Raikou and Entei, in base of the bell you have chosen.. Furthermore, after you will choose the bell of the beast you want to catch, only that one will be able to spawn. For example, if you have the Water Bell, you will be able to obtain and make spawn only Suicune. I would like also to add that you can choose another Bell only once, if you wish to change your choice. To do so, talk to Assistant Davis at the Bell Tower Barrier Station 1F: The Legendeary Beasts can be spawned, after having chosen the bell, in the following way.   11. Hi there, could you please more specific or provide a screenshot of your issue? In case your problem is your character stuck in some part of the map, could you please try the following procedures? Try Alt+Tab Use an Escape Rope Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar Log out, and then back in Close the whole client and start PRO again In case that's not your problem, be more specific and please, if possible, provide a screenshot of your issue so you can receive a better help.

There is no ETA for when the event, or any other update, will come.   14. Hi there ! I would like to inform you that this is a known bug and PRO STAFF is aware of that. However, to fix this error, you simply need to close the client and restart it. Once you have closed and restarted the client, the two pokemon on your display (bronzong and magikarp) will have disappeared. Hope this can help, have a great day !

  17. Hi there, i'm sorry for the inconvenience. However, i would like to inform you that PRO STAFF doesn't offer a way to de-evolve pokemon since they can't do it. PRO STAFF can only help evolving them or de-levelling (as said in the >Evolution & Deleveling < ) them in case you levelled them to 100 and can't evolve them anymore. I'm sorry to inform you that, after using that once, the Magic Mirror will disappear from your bag, However, you can still get a new one from the Coin Shop in change of 50 Coins or buy one from other players.   22. Hi there ! I would like to inform you that this is a known bug. Sometimes, when you delete friends when they are offline, they still popup in your friendlist and in the message that show they came online. You can try to fix that by unfriending them while they are online. If they still are in your friendlist, since it happen that a player appear back in your friendlist after you delete them, just do that when they are online. Instead, if you already deleted them, try to add them while they are online, relog and then unfriend them while they are online. If it doesn't work, type it here and wait for a reply from PRO STAFF in order to receive a better and more accurate reply. Hope this will be able to help you, have a great day !
  23. Hi there ! I would like to inform you that Normal NPC, like the one you find normally in the routes, reset after 7 days you battled them since their cooldown is of 7 days. This include the Victory Road ones. If you are interested instead to Battle the Elite Four again, i'm sorry to disappoint you but that's not possible. In my knowledge, it's always been like that and it never had a reset time, if that can answer to your question. I would like to inform you of the fact that, as stated by pro staff other times, that dig spot serves to players to give them an example of how a Dig Spot works and to demonstrated them that those diggable patches can be digged.
