I would like to inform you that the requirements to meet in order to do the Pinkan Island quest are the following: Hoenn Champion 250 hours of playtime By inspecting you it seems like you have 240 hours, and so you do not meet the requirements.   3. Hi there ! Did you do a fresh install before downloading the new client? That mean deleting any single client and file of PRO, after deleting them you can use Ccleaner to have an easy way to clean everything. After doing that download the latest client from OFFICIAL PRO DOWNLOAD WEBSITE. If you already did that i would like to inform you that, as stated in the announcements channel on the OFFICIAL PRO Discord, this is an error that occurs on older Systems. You can try to update your operating system or your graphics cards. Please do note that this is simply a suggestion and isn’t guaranteed to fix your error. However i would like to inform you that this issue is still being looked into. Hope this can help, wish you a great day and weekend !

  7. Hi @GeoorgeAlvez ! I would like to inform you that the client have been updated yesterday with all the updates related to the bugs and errors. You can download it from here: PRO WEBSITE DOWNLOAD. Make sure to delete the old client and all the related files before downloading the new one. You can find the update logs at this page UPDATE LOGS Furthermore, a 3 days Membership Medallion has been added to all the users inventory. Hope this provided some clarirication, have a great day !

  11. Hi there ! I would like to inform you that it's currently impossible to catch Zapdos, Articuno and Moltres. They are useful just for their seen data, needed to catch Legendaries such as Mew. If you've seen some legendary birds around, it is possible that it was a staff member. No legendary birds have been given in any tournament in my knowledge. If you are downloading them from another website or source, please try to use the official one linked below: ANDROID #1 - Mediafire ANDROID #2 - Doko If the downlaod doesn't work yet, or you find any problem while installing, please follow this procedure: Reset your app permissions Try to download the client from a other browser like firefox Check the storage left after you installed PRO Let it know here if you solved your issue following what said.   13. Hi @Dannymj1 ! I can confirm you that the website download links contain the latest and most updated client. Also, please download the client version (x64/x86) in base of your operative system, using a different client may cause bugs and errors. You can check if you have 64 bit or 32 bit (32 bit = x86) in your system info. With that said, can you please try the following procedure: Delete PRO Client/Application and all the files (.rar /.apk included) Delete all the related/remaining files of PRO (e.g temporary files), you can use a free software like Ccleaner to do that in the easiest way. Also, if you are from smartphone, remember to restart your phone.   15. Hi there ! I would like to inform you that the Dialogue Speeds, with the latest client update, are now slightly slower. As stated by PRO STAFF, this is intended to be like that and it's not any kind of bug or error. Remember to go in your settings and put the max. speed on the dialogue speed setting. However, if you should experience longer freeze/waiting, counting that as stated above dialogues are now slower, you may try to delete your client and all the related files and then redownload it from : PRO WEBSITE OFFICIAL DOWNLOAD Hope this provided some clarification, have a great day !
  16. Hi there ! I would like to inform you that there is not any bug or error related to the encounter of the new Hallioween Starters / Pokémon. The Kanto Starters are all tier 9 or 9.5, in base of where you hunt them. Considering that, they are really rare Pokémon that may need a couple of time to be encountered. There is not a specific time because it's all up to your luck, may be 5 minutes to find one or 2 hours. Reemember that the chance of finding a Halloween Starter is 1/20 or 5%. That doesn't mean that you will find one of them each 20 Pokémon, that's because the chance is 1/20 for each encounter, and it always reset the next pokemon you encounter. I leave you now, in case you are interested to know that, all the location where you can find each Kanto Starter to be hunted.   22. Hi there ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. As stated by Fluffles in another thread related to the same topic, this error was caused by an ID issue of the Rotom Evolutions within the game. Please, refrain to try to evolve your rotom for now cause it is not possible to evolve it because of this error. PRO STAFF is already aware of that and is working on a fix, but unfortunately there is not an estimated time for when the error will be fixed. You can keep an eye out in the #announcements channel on the OFFICIAL PRO Discord to be notified when further announcements will be made. In case you already tried to evolve it again and it reached the level 100, you can request a delevel in the following thread EVOLUTION AND DELEVELING REQUEST MEGATHREAD. I would like to inform that is currently not possible to use the client downloadable from the website because another version that doesn't permit to log in the server has been uploaded. However, it is still possible to normally play on PRO by downloading the current version of the client from the wiki from this link : PRO WIKI DOWNLOAD PAGE As always, make sure to delete the old client you have stored in your pc and all the related files and history before downloading the client. Also, if you have a smartphone remember to restart it. The new client will be released in the near future and it should be able to fix all the bugs and issues found until now. However, there is not an estimated time of arrival. You can keep an eye out in the #announcement channel on the OFFICIAL PRO Discord to be notified when it will be released. Again, there is not a estimated time for when the new client will be released, however an announce will be made on the OFFICIAL PRO Discord once it will be released. I would like to inform you that there have not been any info about any possible compensation specific for the one that can't access the bug catching contest. However, it has been stated by PRO STAFF that when the new client will be released all users will get a free membership for 3 days. This counts for users that already have membership (3 days extension) and for users that don't have it. Furthermore i would like to remind you that Pokemon Revolution Online is a game in BETA and so it is possible to experience bugs and errors while playing. PRO STAFF, that are volunteers, will always look into them with absolute professionality and fix them as soon as possible.
