However, as stated above, a new client to fix all the found bugs will be released soon. There is not an estimated time for when it will be released, but you can keep an eye out in the OFFICIAL PRO Discord to be notified for when it will be released.   2. Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconveneince. I want to ensure you that all your progress is not lost and that is still there, you can get it back by reading the following procedure. However, I would like to inform you that Red & Blue server merged to form Silver Server and the Yellow Server has now been renamed as the Gold Server. If you played on the Red or Blue Server, you have to merge your account by log in the - DASHBOARD -. Make sure to select the right server as your main server. In the case that you're still unable to log into Silver after merging your account, you'll have to reset your password on the dashboard choosing an alphanumerical one. (characters A-Z 0-9) Furthermore, be sure to read the - MERGE FAQ - for questions you may have, as well as the - COMMON MERGE ERRORS:FAQ - if you may experience any issue while merging. Also, remember to download the most updated client from here PRO WEBSITE DOWNLOAD PAGE How to merge: Step 1: Login in your dashboard and click on Merge is required! Step 2: Done! As stated above, if the client for Linux will be released, it will be announced in the #announcement channel in the OFFICIAL PRO Discord. However, there is not an estimated time. As stated by the CC Fluffles in another thread related to the same topic, there isn't a Linux version released now because of the numerous bugs that have to be fixed on the other platforms. It has also been stated that PRO STAFF prefer to fix first the bugs found on the other operating systems (Windows, Mac, Android) Maybe the update will be avaialble in the future but, if it will be available, there is no estimated time as to when the Linux Client will be released. You can keep an eye out in the #announcement channel in the OFFICIAL PRO Discord to be notified of any possible info related to that. Also, if you have a smartphone, restart it. Download the latest and most updated client from PRO WEBSITE DOWNLOAD PAGE If that should not fix your issue, the new client, that should be released in the near future, should be able to fix it.   7. Hi there ! As stated above by the CC Fluffles, the link to download the android client is this: ANDROID CLIENT DOWNLOAD In addition,in my knowledge, sometimes MEGA can't be reached by someone. However downloading the MEGA APP from the playstore and trying to download the game from there using the app should help in those cases. Also, make sure you've deleted your old PRO Files, cleared your application history and restarted your phone, as stated above by Fluffles. In case you have a smartphone, restart your phone.   13. Hi there ! I would like to inform you that this is a common bug and PRO STAFF is aware of this. This happen when you try to link a Pokèmon stored in your PC in the chat, as you stated above. In order to fix that, you have to close your client and restart it. In this way your display will be clear and those Pokémon will have disappeared.   14. I'm glad to see that your issue has been solved. Take not of the fact that both your Masterballs and your Rare Candy get taken in order to ensure difficulty during the quest. To get them back, aftter completing the Heatran Quest, talk to Buck inside Stark Mountain Main Cavern to get your Masterballs and Rare Candy back.   15. Hi there ! Is it possible that you are doing the Heatran Quest? If you are doing it, remember that once you will start the quest, the NPC will take all the Master Balls and Rare Candies you own and give them back laterl. If that's not the case, try to open your inventory and type " Rare Candy " without the " " and see if you can find them. Let me know if you solved your issue, have a great day !

If you already tried as i suggested above/yesterday, to do a clean install and this didn't fix your issue, the only thing you can do is wait the new client. The new client, that should be released in the near future, will be able to fix a lot of issues that have been found with the latest update. If you alredy did it, there's nothing you can do for the moment. If you didn't do that, just try it. ___ However, i would like to inform you that this is a common bug and PRO STAFF is already aware of that.
