Hi there ! Before downlaoding the new client, did you delete all the old files and client of PRO and delete any possible related file? If you alredy did it, there's nothing you can do for the moment. ___ However, i would like to inform you that this is a common bug and PRO STAFF is already aware of that. The new client, that will be released soon, should be able to fix this issue and a lot of other issues that have been found with the latest update. There is not a specific time for when it will be released, but you can keep an eye out on the #announcement on the OFFICIAL PRO Discord in order to be notified. I'm sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced and hope what i said above provided some clarification. Have a great day !

Hi there ! I would like to inform you that PRO STAFF is aware of this issue and have already worked and found a fix for this. Servers were restarted yesterday to fix the but, but Pokemon caught before to this are still affected. A new client will be released soon to fix this problem. You can keep an eye out on the announcements on OFFICIAL PRO Discord to see where it will be released. If you have issues with Pokemon stuck in your team, as suggested by PRO STAFF, check this thread and follow what it says. POKEMON STUCK IN PARTY THREAD. Hope this can help, have a great day !

Hi there ! I would like to inform you that you can download the most update android client from here : ANDROID CLIENT DOWNLOAD As stated by the CC Fluffles in the other threads, make sure you've deleted your old PRO Files, cleared your application history and restarted your phone. In addition,in my knowledge, sometimes MEGA can't be reached by someone. However downloading the MEGA APP from the playstore and trying to download the game from there should help in those cases. Hope this can help, if it won't still go, let the staff know here. Have a great day !

Hi there, a new client have been released yesterday and so you have to download it from here: PRO WEBSITE DOWNLOAD As stated by the CC Fluffles in the other threads, make sure you've deleted your old PRO Files before downloading the new one. Hi there ! Have you tried to check accurately in your account, inventory and if you moved it somewhere? Try to type its name in the search bar. However, the new client release that will be released soon, as stated by Xylos, should fix this bug. When the new client will be released, it will be announced it the OFFICIAL PRO Discord. When it will be released, and you will be able to download it, make sure to delete all old PRO versions before you download the new client. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, have a great day !

Hi there ! I would like to inform you that this is a known error. A fix has been already found and the bug has been fixed. Soon, a new client will be released and you wont have this issue anymore. I would like to inform you that you have to download the most updated client from the download page > DOWNLOAD PAGE < If you will use the old one , you will probably not be able to login or you may experience a lot of bug. Please, download it and use that. About the servers, they are being restarted due to apply some fix and solve minor bugs in order to permit people to play the game. Remember that the game has just been restarted after the big update, so you may experience some bug. Remember to report them in the > BUG CENTER < You can keep an eye out on the > OFFICIAL PRO Discord < in order to be notified when the servers will go on and if there will be the need to restart them to fix any bug. Unfortunately, there is not an estimated time for when the servers will be online and so the channels unlocked. Furthermore, as stated on discord, there have been issues with the android client and PRO STAFF is already working on fixing them, and that's why an android client is not available yet. However, 30 minutes ago an announce has been made on the discord by the developer of the game, comunicating that all the bugs have been fixed and the new clients have now been released, but the servers are not online yet. You can keep an eye out in the #announcement channel of > OFFICIAL PRO Discord < to check when everything will be fixed and the servers online.. Hi there ! I would like to inform you that the servers are currently offline in order to apply the update. There is no ETA for when they will be online and the download of the new client available. Once the servers will be online, to make the login , a new client will have to be downloaded. When it will be available, it will be announced in the announcement channel in the > OFFICIAL PRO Discord < and the new downloads will be added to the > Website Download Page <. As you can see, the maps have been already changed and so the event is always closer, even if there is not an estimated time of arrival. Furthermore, we're yet at the 4th November and so we miss almost 60 days before Christmas :p Be patient and trust PRO STAFF, which is a really professional team and that, despite the fact they are volunteers, they hard work to bring new contents :p

Hi there ! I would like to inform you that Explorer James will always stop you everytime you pass in front of him after entering the cave. I can ensure you that this is not a bug of your client or account but, in my knowledge, the NPC is apparently scripted like that since everyone has this error. There are no official news about that, if that is intended to be like that or not, but a content scripter would surely give you more info about that. I just wanted to ensure you that it's totally not your problem and that you can't do nothing for that, meanwhile you wait for a PRO STAFF reply. Hope this has been clarifyin, wish you a great day !

Just to be sure of that, have you tried even the procedures suggested below? And do you have another connection that you can use to test?
