  1. There are a few aspects of the game just made for the shits and giggles. Most of them, which started off as an inside or community wide joke. Only youngster joey made it to the level of "boss npc" grinding level is a tad more than the original handheld games, but this is an intentional addition to that level, making your regular gameplay (PvEvP) much more harder in comparrison to the handheld games, which are utterly boring (till gen 4). PRO's Kanto region has more content than Pokemons R/B/Y, G/S/C, R/S/E combined. That gives you a little bit of the scale that is drawn here. Where you are given a glimpse of what PRO's content developement is aiming, a more rich gameplay with more interaction. A proper feedback would be, how to make grinding more tolerable and rewarding without causing damage to storyline, gameplay and economy. Games, in definition are time sinks. You need to be able to spend countless hours to the point where you can be proud of your achievements. Wether this completing storylines, pokedex, events or even rankings (PvP obv) to gain more and more rewards at the end. Unlike the games you have been listed, Pokemon is limited by its own design. Maps, storyline and whatnot. And considering that PRO is still on the stage of early developement, it will take some time to be able to provide custom contents (talking about custom region). As of now, there are only a handful of aspects that are custom made content wise, the newest addition valley of steel and moon map are a good example to that. If you look at pokemon itself as a content, you can only do much. 750+ pokemons to catch, train and battle. Thats a limitation. 5 regions (only PRO can use as map source) is a limitation. On that regard, having too high expectations will only crush your hopes more in content wise (in regards of comparrison to WoW GW2 etc. etc.) Suggestions and productive feedback is always welcome and considered in order to make new and more enjoyable gameplay to PRO as a whole.
  2. you can play on all 3 servers at the same time if you want. account creation is based on how many accounts you have "in total" i.e. usernameA usernameB usernameC usernameD unless the number stated isn't breached, you can whatever u want with your accounts.
  3. all regions except for kalos and after will be added, an additional custom region may too be an option.
  4. have you angered a witch lately?
  5. Sesshomaru you know we all love you. i dont, he aint replying on skype... tsk tsk tsk
  6. Ranked PvP is, as thor said is post-game feature ( end game). Clearing a region will be more beneficial for you as well, considering that you'll have access to more pokemon. Also considering the fact you can do PvP without entering ranked, so you might want to consider having mock battles with your friends. Other than that, having random pokemons (level variety) in ranked PvP will create more unequal terms in the long run.
  7. There was a patcher in the past, proved to be more data-consuming and hard on the servers (if i remember correctly), which resulted with its removal. So i highly doubt we'll see a patcher without server stability is near perfect.

  9. Its Milkha
  10. Indeed, local should only contain texts of the respective area/map the player is in.

One of these days, he will reply. have faith sereii
  12. Good remarks, feedback is always appreciated. tho i'd like to clarify a few things on those. Dig, headbut, dive were originally intended as an end game grinding factor. Meaning that its use will show itself once you've reached the post-storyline. Tho i can see where you're coming from with that, having early access to headbutt and dig could provide more pokemon options in the upcoming gyms. membership bonuses was calculated accurately to create a tiny bit of extra content and a bit more... "relaxed" gameplay, with its money and exp bonus. Then there is the MS only spawns. if you were to calculate the possibilities of having both early headbut and ms spawns, PvE would lose its hardship, making it dull and boring.
  13. My reaction : ".................... OFCOURSE IT HAD TO BE A TENTACOOL"
  14. That paras, i shall acknowledge it.
  15. Google it
  16. You do not require to be staff in order to create your own self moderation. I, whom been banning those trolls left and right wouldn't be able to clean up those toxic lot without the help of the community (and ofcourse my fellow staff members). Keep in mind that the players what makes the game truly enjoyable. By populating it.
  17. Once you start reporting those "trolls". You'll see that the will become more bearable. It all comes down to self-moderation, how the community wants to see the chat. Without proper reports, your only hope is that a staff member is lurking about. Since they can't be on 3 servers at once... yeah, its upto the community.
  18. Be patient, yours is not the only ban appeal in line.
  19. Rule enforcement has nothing to do with client version. Tho most of the issues you have pointed out is most likely on your end, either network connection or misuse of a vpn/proxy. I'd.suggest making a ban appeal, technical issues is another matter. Which does not belong in this sub-forum.
  20. Technicaly speaking, you cannot threaten a player into selling his stuff, that falls under harassment, which is also punishable. That being said, punishment will always be issued equally based on the offense, which creates a middle point. It may seem harsh by the looks of it, but with proper community moderation (reports) and staff enforcement, scammimg / threatening / harassing will not be an issue in the long run, considering that your punishment will always be increasing on repetitive offenses, eventually weeding out players whom add negativity into the community.
  21. There are trade rule-sets on the forums, as well as public punishment policy. Staff duty is to enforce those rules, not to remind them. You can't just start a market on your own into an already formed market and expect the change everything. Will the person be banned? Possibly (for a day or two) tho this doesn't mean exceptions will be made. Its not the staff's fault if you haven't read them. As for other people who seem to spam others with pms about trades; if it has become an annoyance you can always ignore them or screenshot the repetitive spam and report it.
  22. Create a topic under client bugs
  23. In the original handheld games you can easily sweep off the kanto e4 with dragonite, mewtwo etc. Etc. In PRO u need to work for it. In most pokemon online games, the lack of challenge you have in PvE is literaly garbage, where all focus is given to the PvP aspect of the game. PRO provides you with a rich and challenging storyline/gameplay. Well, not everyone likes that part of the game. Tho if you wish to have a more easy gameplay, i suggest playing the original games. As for the grinding aspect, granted some of it are outrageous, tho in the end it pays off greatly.
  24. Maybe, maybe not. We'll see.
